Great location as we were travelling every day to MSAC. Excellent value for money. Clean and modern
Didn't have full kitchen facilities a stove would've been better. Dodgy area.
Check in with Stacey - very patient and a great help.locatiin was also great for us in terms of travel to MASC.
Noise from people upstairs and next door apartment.
Everything was great! The sheets were comfy, the room was exceptionally clean, great channels on tv, good wifi, and such a good location!
Would be great if you supplied some bottled water perhaps? Just a thought :)
It was very quiet and private and in a great location
The wifi was not working which was very inconvenient. Disappointed as I booked a executive apartment which had a bath and didn't get one.
Loved the apartment & location but the bed was hard (only a small minor when it came to the rest of the stay). Very clean, great cooking facilities, massive bath that we didn't get to try out!
hated the bed! very hard! I sent an email afterwards re: bed & noisy neighbour, they apologised about neighbour (regular who they would have a word with) but said the bed was pillow topped - no it wasn't I looked & it was just an innerspring, said they could put one of those mattress toppers on next time we stayed so we would try them again but if the bed was still hard wouldn't go again (which would be disappointing as we loved everything else about the place, if you like hard beds ask for room 9 & enjoy the massive bath!!)
Loved how the room we got were separated from other rooms. Extremely cleaned room when we arrived
The shower is very small, and the water took awhile to adjust. Need proper curtains! The room wasn't not sound proof, I could hear people talking as they walk past. Wifi code didn't work. No available parking, I had to park two streets down from the apartment.
Quiet, secure, clean, helpful staff, the cost, close to trams and really great eateries
Location...great restaurants within walking distance.
Key coded gated...had some difficulty gaining access.
Location suited us for city and eating places. Room to move in our main suite room. Comfortable surroundings. Secure
Coffee needs to be different. Needed more tea bags allocated Shower alcove for me was small. I am not fat but am well built- 188 cm tall Not able to access SBS. Is this an arieal problem???
Great accessability to trams to the City and South Melbourne (Victoria Market). Walking distance to Albert Park, the St Kilda Pier and the Esplanade. Reasonable choices of restaurants. Very clear and flexible arrangements for checking in and out.
Our window was overlooking the rooftop covered with leaves and looked a bit neglected. Similarly, the little balcony.
no staff on hand, upgrade stated a room with a view and we didnt get that. Booking.com not very honest about its upgrade and had to call someone as no one on site and it was just too bad for us as they didnt have a room with a view available.
Nice, clean room. Good location and price.
The DVD player didn't work and there were no instructions for it. Small, but important given we had brought a trilogy to watch.
Internet connection was poor
Clean and tidy in a good location
Excellent place to stay for the grand prix
It had everything we needed. Even the WiFi was free. Great location to see the sites of St Kilda. Would stay again.
Minor fault but this is something a lot of studio apartments suffer from and there's nothing really you can do to fix it. If your a light sleeper, and due to the size of the room (we had one of the smaller rooms in the complex), the noises from the fridge kept us awake. Like I said only a minor fault.
Very easy check in & check out even though there is no onsite staff. Private & quiet. Close to the tram station.
Very small bathroom with no where to hang bath towels. Not really an apartment as advertised, more of a motel room with kitchenette. No couch, or table & chairs.
Location, so near and much cheaper than CBD.
Not mad on no reception on site, but it didn't worry me that much from a security angle.
Nice clean facilities with good Wifi speed and connection. Exactly what you see in the pictures. No major dramas for me.
The door in room 6 rattles when the washing machine is on the spin cycle.
Location and ease of check in. Quiet location at back of property.
Free Internet was limited in availability. No dining table to seat and eat dinner. More like a Hotel with a kitchenette than an apartment.
Only a quick ferry ride away from Sydney.
No safe Poor wifi connection
Good facilities, great bathroom and nice surroundings
How clean the place was. The free Internet, and easy check in.
The noise from the apartments next door, and the person washing clothes or dish washer running up above us at 5.30am. We where in room 5.
The location is good. Easy walk to the beach. Private balcony. Appreciated the kitchenette.
It felt a bit strange to have no communication with staff other than email. Free wifi was very limited and the signal was weak.
