Your website is missleading as hotel is a $40 taxi trip each way from melbourne airport. We had been looking forward to staying in a hotel and it looked lovely on your website, on arrival we were given a damp smelly cold room, ready for refurbishment in my oppinion, both of us needing an early night as had been up at 3.30am for a flight and were to be up at 5.30am the following morning, al;though music was blaring so loud that it soyunded as though there was a live band in our room, on complaining on departure the guy on reception told us that next time he would put us on a higher floor and we should have complained as it happened, but would you want to get up and pack your bags and move rooms durin the night????? |

Excellent furnishings and decor and good price for this standard. Powercuts no back up generator. Very noisy ground floor room (smoking area by bedroom) and hardly slept at all.. |

my bed sheets, blankets, shower towel and rug were changed frequently. The energy saving policy adopted by the hotel management, i.e. the frequent electrical cut-off on sundays. I think we should be compensated for this annoying inconvenience. |

Large windows and fantastic view: smth that was really surprising - very positively surprising; the room was small, however, space was well organised Relatively far from the city centre, however, transportation is convenient |

It was easy to get to and from the city by tram day or night. It was comfortable and the pool was really good. I loved the buffet breakfast! They manged to not get the booking right - the deal wasnt arranged with breakfast and the cheaper rate like we booked online. However, they did fix it up with no drama. It was quite hard to understand the gentleman on reception when we tried to work out what was going on. I also wasnt told there would be a $100.00 deposit......But nothing major. |

the bed linen was clean The fact that it was a hostel where students and people with special needs lived on a permanent basis. This was not clear when making the booking. The rooms were described as 'studio' and the implication was that they were part of a hotel facility which was misleading. The staff said studio meant that these were student rooms. |

Great value ..So disappointing that the students are so noisy... The hotel was great ..but I had to complain twice about the noise from some of the students...I Didn`t know there was a kitchen on each floor...Students gathering late at night and disturbing other people trying to sleep...I Can`t believe it the hotel front desk said they need to cook...WELL I need To sleep... |

It was conveniently located for me, as I have a customer nearby, and very cheap in comparison with other hotels in Melbourne at the time. The rooms are very basic, there was no desk or wardrobe in the room, just two beds. When I came in there were no towels in the (very small) bathroom, and I had to ask twice to have them brought up to my room. Internet is only available for a minimum of AUD 33, so if you don't plan to stay long or use it a lot, it's quite expensive. The location is not good if you want to see stuff in the area, I would only stay here if you have a car. The deposit on my credit card did not get refunded immediately after check-out, in fact, I am still waiting for that to happen. |

I have been to Melbourne for business purpose but I had a week budget. I found in Sleep and Go all my needs for this purpose. Internet services, large desk, phone in the room, shower and toilet in the room... It´s maybe a bit far from the business city center but Metlink just near by. |

Easy to get to...no parking charges, clean room, comfy bed and great value batteries in one of the remote controls was missing. I really dont like staying in a disabled room coz its hard to lay stuff out in the bathroom. |
