The floor to ceiling glass with a view of the Dandenong Ranges was 5 star in itself! This is a very affordable stay near the city and was perfect for what we needed it for.
The checkout desk was a bit tedious. Not too much interest there for people wanting to just drop their key and go.
Room was extremely worn, buttons on air- con were broken, blinds didn't pull down, and when asked what could be done about it, staff were rude. It is false advertising to show what is on the website, when what you get doesn't even closely resemble that. Would not stay at sleep and go again.
Nathan, the Hotel driver was very professional and helpful
room we stayed was a bit small and looked too old and the black screen on the windows could have been a white color so one can enjoyed to city view.
Economy a standout by comparison to others Kudos for cleaning staff - Our room was a pleasure to return to each day Comfortable Staff friendly and always helpful Room was small but plenty of drawer space and adequate for a couple Tram a 5 min walk away right into city
View! (from 6th floor) Onion rings at restaurant/cafe Very high level of service at front desk for a budget facility.
Very small room
Location to the city was great, staff friendly
Room service Food could have been nicer
Clean, fluffy towels, big TV, tea and coffee making, bistro on site. Very good value.
Paying for parking
No toothpaste provided in the toilet.
It is a good basic hotel, nice room with good views. The tv had plenty of channels on it and there was a radio. We ordered room service which arrived promptly.
JDs cafe downstairs was quite basic and not really what you'd expect from a hotel, very limited choice in the bar (however 2 hotels along there is the chill bar which is good). The card slot in the elevator is very temperamental and takes about 10 tries before it works!
Room view was good, bed was crisp & clean so was bathroom It was as in the name sleep & go
Was further away from centre Than advertised but got over that used the tram, brought ticket from the post office next door and caught the tram on the corner approx 40 min journey was route 86 stop number 44 right in to Melbourne centre
luv the pool and bar and room and close to our destination
been here a few times and never ever had to wait for our room.We did not get to our room till 2.45 !!!yet friends turned up as it was our anniversary to celebrate and they did not get there till 4.00 and they had a cheaper room then us and they got upgraded to rydges!!!!! not impress, also the rooms above and next to us were vacant for the weekend so why were they were upgraded and we had to wait 2 hours for our room which ended up being the smaller room not the 31 sqm room.So not impressed this time.
The view. And most of the staff were happy and inviting
We got told nothing about car parking when we arrived. There should have been an information pack in the room explaining meal times and checkout times and where everything was located etc etc.
The hotel was great value for money the pool and the bistro facilities were nice.
The fact guests had to pay for parking and wifi which at most locations I visited had both included.
Balcony with suite. Views.
Only sheets, no blanket on bed. Comfort of a motel in a hotel setting.
Good location . Close to public transport and main roads to city. Cheap room rate
Shower cubicle was a little mouldy. Other then that. great value for money
Not enough blankets
Tv & bathrooms were okay. Staff were nice.
How thin the walls were, neighbours come in late/early morning and feel like they are in your room. Alarm did go off on our first night for fire.
Every thing.....stay, sleep, food, location etc
Paid extra for a king bed room got 2 single beds joined together very uncomfortable, the fire alarm went off 2 days running second time had to get out of the shower and vacate the room it took ages for the announcement to say all was ok,the lift didn't work on one day had to walk up 6 flights of stairs twice overall a bad experience
Location which is in between the airport and Melbourne city centre. Attractive pricing compared to other hotels and the room met our basic needs - good value! Comfortable room size, huge toilet though we didn't need such a big one but good to have. Clean bed which gave us a good long night's sleep.
The ill-fitting shower head had to be held in one hand during shower, which is bad when the weather is cold. Hair dryer also required one hand to press the "on" button perpetually, not the best hair-drying experience. Working room heater would be appreciated during the cold season.
King and double twin rooms are identical except the twin beds are pushed together and larger sheets are used - but it cost $50 more. Online booking said only one twin available so we booked the King but on arrival twins were available. Rooms are full glass walls (fishbowl) feel. Odd shape to rooms puts TV down a narrow corridor in the room not visible from both sides of the bed. Located in a rundown neighbourhood not close to airport or downtown.
Nothing! Wouldn't stay again.
Small room. Noisey. Poor facilities. Poor parking (at a cost).
Veiw from room
Relaxing environment and friendly, enthusiastic and helpful staff. We had great views too.
Leaving - (I wouldn't mind living there)
