Clean, easy to find, great location, friendly staff, cheap, no dramas.

Felt like a hostel, bathroom was more like a built in wardrobe, view from window was a brick wall.

Closeness to rna showgrounds so a quick walk back from Soundwave, clean room, friendly staff, quiet for its location (we were room 16).

The parking system. We got three tickets for the parking station but it swallowed two of our tickets so when we went out of the carpark it wasn't accepted. We called for assistance and they let us out though.

It was close to the tivoli.

The staff have all been very helpful in arranging late chekins and late checkout. I also left some items behind on my last stay and they found them and kindly put them in my room for my return visit. Very impressed. Very quiet and in a very convenient location.

Car park instructions re. SnoozeInn voucher not very clear. Check in took to long 15-20 mins. No brochure for secure car park procedure, or rear entry and after hours entry for guest arrival

Good range of television stations

The air conditioner was directly over my head and water dripped from it onto my pillow all night.

The whole trip was made pleasant by the friendly receptionist. The room, although smaller than it looked like in the photos, was actually very clean and neat. The free use of computer/ Internet came in handy for short-trip travellers that do not bring laptops. It is also very near to Fortitude Valley train station, which makes travelling fairly easy.

Handy for Fortitude Valley railway station and therefore good access to the airport. Also close to Chinatown so plenty of restaurants to choose from. Very economical. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The walls were a bit thin and although it was quiet on the night we stayed, I anticipate that there could be problems if someone noisy comes back late at night.

very clean room, comfortable bed. very nice room with good facilities for a cheap price. secure locks on doors.

was in room 15, the door where people go out to smoke is close too room so we could hear this door opening and shutting a lot while we were trying to sleep.

Downstairs isn't as nice as upstairs I feel a bit caustrophobic downstairs

Easy to access and close to city. The communal kitchen is great for preparing quick meals.

The corridor is quite smelly. It smells like damp or body odour.
