it was spacious and modern and clean. it was convenient when just arriving in Adlaide to to have to drive far. The guy at reception needs a 'I need to do a happy dance' fridge magnet

Very Clean and was serviced everyday unlike other places where thetyonly service when the guesses check out.Self contained unit we stayed in was fully stocked.Love it!! I think we've found out accommodation each time we visit the city. Locate in a very busy road.Hard to get out on to the main road very time.

We booked this hotel as we were visitng our Adelaide family who live close by and we needed twin beds and good access & quiet location within the hotel as my mum is 80+. We were given a GF family type room facing into the complex, which was very comfortable. The continenntal breakfast items put into our room fridge every day were fresh & gave a healthy start to the day along with good supplies of tea/coffee. All in all we were very pleased with our choice of the Comfort Sombrero. The staff were friendly and very helpful

Clean and comfortable As I have two very young children and needed to travel for 3 hours in order to get to Adelaide my mother was kind enough to book and pay in advance via credit card to avoid any time wasted. She did this with the Manager on Wednesday morning and was assured I need only collect the room key upon arrival. When I arrived however, I was told that no payment had been made and, with screaming children in tow,almost begged for them to accept the last $220 I had in my purse to allow me to stay in the room. Reluctantly the staff agreed. Now, without money until the following morning I was unable to purchase milk etc for toddlers. At about 10pm a note was pushed under the door stating that the staff had in fact found said payment and aplogised for inconvenience. As my family and I were made to feel as if we were homeless and trying to obtain accommodation for the night, I certainly will not be returning any time soon. A hastily added complimentary breakfast was far too little, far too late. Shani
