Convenient location. Not much of an outlook out of the window. I could not get the aircon to go below 18 degrees, so it was uncomfortably warm and stuffy overnight. |

We were greeted by Ms Orquidea Susana when we checked in. This young lady is a credit to this hotel and in our three week trip was the most outstanding representative of any hotel we stayed in. We found our room to be clean, roomy and very comfortable. The location is very good, close to the train, buses, Chinatown and Darling Harbor. The one big disappointment was the 1970's era TV which when we first arrived didn't even work. We called the desk and were told a technician would come and check it. Who came and checked it, Ms Orquidea Susana and she did make the proper connections and get it working. However, even working the available channels are very limited and there are no sports channels. |

Loved the close proximity to city shopping, darling harbour and cockle bay. Felt very safe in this hotel Our first room was extremely noisey. |

The front office staff and service. The rooms and room service is very good. Pity they do not have any resturants though kitchen facilities are available in the appartment. The lift should work better. |

Great location, handy for harbour and shops. All families seemed to be on same floor, avoiding being being next to a party room. Non-servicing of apartment over 3 days. No travel cot when we arrived, despite reserving in advance and phoning to pre-check. |

Central location, Easy access to city shopping and transport and Darling Harbour shops and restaurants, 2 rooms adjoining but separate was wonderful. Inability for staff to help with air-conditioning problems in one room. |

Proximity to Darling Harbour, cleanliness of the rooms. Internet connection... Efficiency of a couple of the front-desk staff requires improvement. |

La ragazza alla reception era gentilissima e l'hotel è a due passi dalla romantica Darling Harbour. La camera non era molto bella e la tv era presente solo nella zona soggiorno. |
