The location was perfect for a city visit. Close to everything and could walk everywhere we wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. It was comfortable and spacious and suited our needs.

Being able to hear the neighbours in their room - esp the crying child.

Rooms are a bit dated. Kitchen not fully equipped ie., Coffee mugs ? Booked this online with booking.com and ofcourse paid upfront by Credit card. Upon checking out of the hotel I was told that I was required to pay another $50 because this was not charged correctly in the first place. I wasnt impressed and fail to see why I had to incur this cost?

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Pleasant place to stay for either business or pleasure. Shopping is right around the corner in the mall. Good for walking around the city, southbank for meals. I really enjoyed my stay there, gym & spa available.

Breakfast room necessarily small but depressing.

The location is really amazing close to everything, the apartment was spacious and very comfortable, the gym was also pretty good for a hotel gym. Staff were friendly and efficient. So all up we were very happy with the accommodation.

The pool was a pond not much bigger than a spa

Paid for an executive 1bedroom apartment ,the room we got was most definitely not the room we paid for ,,maybe change the pics on the website so people won't be disappointed when they book into a room that looks nothing like the pics posted .

Loved its in the heart of the city and easy to catch trams...also liked the spacious family rooms

Hated that even on the eighth floor heard trams horses lots of noise...its a shame the windows werent double glazed...buffet breakfast was poorly as not enough selection
