Locatin Location Location, we where able to walk any where we wanted to go and did. The room was spacious and very clean. We will use this accommodation again. Nope happy campers...

Location and Service. All amenities in room were good as was room size. Rooms were a bit run down and need upgrading. Our room was bit noisy because it was overlooking main road.

The close proximity to shows & restaurants that we went to while we were there. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. I felt as if wanted to give the shower a good scrub with bleach as there was a lot of mould in it. Apart from that it was very comfortable.

cooking and dishwashing facilities. Excellent help from reception staff in giving tourist info. Everything was excellent and to make it better a list of nightly television programs would have been good.

Welcoming staff both when checking in and checking out. Ease of access to rooms. Spaciousness of room and opening windows. Central location with quick access to major shopping centres. Noise level from our room . Not the best for sleeping

It is in an excellent position to access everything in the city. Tram at the door. Train only minutes away. Staff friendly and pleasant. The shower was only just warm enough. Really needed hotter water. I mentioned this to other patrons in the elevator and they said they had the same problem. Also mentioned it to Hotel staff twice. They said they would send someone to look at it but no one came.

The location and staff. Room 916 was very dusty on the shelves etc - the outdoor furniture on level 4 needs urgently replacing. The photos and description show the room to be bigger than it is... it looked more like a unit in the photos than a motel room with a wall between the lounge and bed and is described as an apartment... otherwise the staff and location made up for it.

It was a great location for our annual trip to the tennis and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The welcome and information regarding the tennis was very helpful. We would recommend this and will stay next year. The television! As we like to come back and watch the Tennis after we have been to The Open we had trouble even reading the screen as we were very dissappointed it was not ditigal. And it was so small on top of it.

Location is great. Staff were polite and helpful. Wished they had wifi for Internet. Incovenient if you have more than one laptop or if you are an iPad user. While the apartment was very comfortable and pleasant, more care could be put into cleaning. Shower curtains had stains and plates and bowls were not washed clean.

I love the option of 2 or 3 bedroom apartments which is ideal for children and groups. The kitchen / laundry and pool facilities are all excellent. Great location, very clean. The concierge offered us a taxi to the airport at 40% more than the cost of a cab from the street. I had asked for a cot which was confirmed by reservations but when I arrived it wasn't in the room and reception said I had only asked for quotes. I had the email confirmation, they did bring it to the room but the extra charge was unnecessary and should be included.

The staff are friendly and I particularly liked the idea of them hosting a snacks and drinks party for the guests to celebrate the Australian Open Tennis during this event. The location is ideal for transport, shopping and being in the centre of the city. I have stayed here for three years in succession when attending the Australian Open and will probably be doing so for the following few years. Perhaps it could do with some freshening up as I wouldn't like it if it looked tired.

I liked the hotel for its location, city views and friendly and helpful staff. For a four star hotel not having any plugs for the bath and basin was an inconvenience.Also no spare toilet rolls were available in either bathroom.
