Hotel centralissimo, comodo per chi viaggia come noi per turismo e vuole visitare la città. Camera curata e pulita, divisa tra soggiorno e zona letto con la presenza della tv in entrambi I locali. Alla reception spesso si "accampavano" famiglie intere per ore ed ore. Mancavano alcuni accessori della cucina, ma appena avvisati, in pochissimi minuti ce li hanno recapitati direttamente in stanza e nuovi di zecca. |

The location of the hotel was excellent, all the city was within easy walking distance. We got there at 12pm, and even though check-in wasn't until 2pm, they still let us into our room. |

I liked the handy location for activities and the friendly and helpful staff. Being able to prepare food in the room is also a bonus. slightly dated decor |

The staff were great. Brekky was good. The privacy curtains were off the tracks at one point, the bed was not made on one of the days we were there and I assumed it was a service room, and the dividing door from bedroom to living area was not compete - one of the 2 doors was totally missing and it looked as if it needed a bit of love and maintenance. |

Hotel is sited on an excellent location. the tram runs right in front of the hotel and plenty of restaurants and shops around including Myers, Target and David Jones. A short walk to Chinatown. Both front desk staff and chambermaids were courteous and helpful. I booked my one-bedroom apartment through booking.com at A$165 which was good value for money. Left luggage are just left in the open in the lobby |

Location and friendly reception staff Room 616 - Curtains were dirty. Inside kitchen cupboards were filthy and grubby. Staff did not clean the bathroom basin and bath for two days running. Staff were not concerned with saving water as they were too lazy to wash one or two dishes. Theses were thrown into the dishwasher and not washed by hand. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes properly and the dirty dishes were placed in the cupboard. Mattress is sagging and needs to be replaced. The side lamp was not working when I arrived, the low voltage bulbs need to be replaced with a warm colour bulb, as the cool bulbs used at present do not create a warm atmosphere. The wooden painted furniture is chipped and needs to be repaired. I did not enjoy the stay. |

loved the proximity to the business district I felt the bathroom let the place down, it was not very pleasant to sit on the tiolet and have mould around the bath at eye level |

We had a 2 bedroom suite which was nice and spacious for the 4 of us. I just have one comment - the hot water in the shower over the bath kept overriding the cold making it difficult to maintain the correct temperature.Otherwise all was fine. Just the shower problem as outlined above. |
