Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Lovely location and it was great to wake up on a saturday morning and go to the market

The only hassle was having to pick the key up from the Pier.

Location,not badly priced, two room units

Noisy - can hear other rooms eg toilets,showers etc

Spending the day at Salamance Markets, looking at all the great local produce and hand-made goods for sale. People were so friendly and the atmosphere very inviting. We went to Elizabeth Pier, partaking great food and wine at T/42%, a bar-restaurant. Worth a visit.

We had a small child in our party and they tried to charge $50 a night for the extra single bed, which I found unacceptable. I refused to paye seeing I was told it would only be $10 per night. Televisions are old boxes which I find hard to accept these days when plasma T.V's are so cheap. Noise from other tenants leaving early in the morning was a major problem. No regard for others at all. Hardly the hotels problem I realise but it should be mentioned to foreign tourists.

Close to shopping precinct.

The room was out dated, it also smelled of cigarettes. 1.5 stars. Corridors were filthy, smelly and dark.

Excellent Apartment, perfect location, private and spacious. Have stayed at this hotel before and will do so whenever I am in Hobart.

Not enough car parks.

I have stayed here before ..I really appreciate the friendly staff that I have encountered on each stay. The facilities are in a great location and quite spacious. We also recieved a complimentary room upgrade which made our stay - all be it a short one - more enjoyable.

The room was just a little bit lacking in the cleanliness department. Especially in the kitchen area. Also one of the curtains in the bedroom was soiled which was a little bit disturbing when I went to close it.

Very comfortable and contributed to our enjoyment of our stay in Hobart.

Would have been better with a view but no biggie.

everytime we asked for something we got it eg. broken umbrella - replaced. Extra blankets etc. We had to complain about drilling that started at 8:15am one morning - you dealt with it and apologized although it didn't stop. I would have got them to stop and start again around 10am when most visitors have left. Regardless of fact it was to do with fire alarm. The workers were really inconsiderate and whoever approved the work needs to know this.

When she mentioned how noisy it was that was when I picked up the phone and complained. We came from Sydney wanting some quiet.
