Fantastic price which included breakfast. Very clean, and was close to docklands for our xmas party we were attending! Will definitely stay again
location is good andit's clean
customer service, about seven customer were waiting for about an hour for someone to come and answer us but no one there. One of the customers wanted to check out as her flight was late. I wanted to check in and everyone had something to do but simple no one there to do something for us! Behind the hotel there was infrastructure going on and it was so noisy.
Location was very central and beds comfy. Breakfast was very good for the price we paid.
There was construction work outside our window at 7 am on a saturday morning which was impossible to sleep through. Also reception put a block on our bank account for a security deposit even though we had already paid for the room in full.
Rooms clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, had air conditioning and a pleasant view. Buffet breakfast a bonus!
The lights in the elevator weren't working, and there was no tea, sugar or biscuits in the room's drink making area. Early check in was also denied.
Close proximity to main attractions; average to ok breakfast
Total lack of customer service The windows had no noise isolation - there are plenty construction sites in the center, including one just under our window, work started at 6:30. They would not give us a different room because "it's not their fault". Rooms are generaly poorly isolated.
Overall I was happy with the location of the hotel. It was close to the City Loop Tram & a lot of things to see were with in walking distance
I am still waiting to get my security deposit back. Not happy about that. Had to pay inadvance for the room & then had to pay a security deposit!!!! Not happy with the way the weekend staff member spoke to me.
Shower pressure was great
Dust let in from construction site outside through gap in window that didn't close completely.
Location plus breakfast provided in price
Front desk was not always staffed so there were delays in service
Close to sky bus station
Unfriendly staff Noisy construction behind hotel Bugs coming out from shower drain Bed is so worn out that you are just sleeping on the springs Definitely not a "4 star" hotel at all
Friendly staff, very comfy bed, cool airconditioning, clean facilities, location able to walk within city area with comfort (good health), breakfast bonus:)
Construction atm however did not start until 7:00 am which was not a bother for us
Easy access to transport hubs.
When we booked this property we were not notified of the construction site and development that was under-way right next door to this property and were only notified of this at 6:00am when we were woken to large machinery and banging noises. This was right out near our window and I believe that the hotel should NOT be putting guests at this side of the hotel whilst this construction is under-way. To make things worse was that as a result odf this construction there was no power or hot-water so we could not even have a hot shower or a coffee. Disgraceful. When I complained about this to the hotel staff they shrugged it off and said it was not their fault with no offer of compensation what so ever! I am not happy!!
Staff were never available. Roons very noisy not just because of the construction work. could gete the people in the room next door. the outside light shone into the bedroom window and was on all night. Tea/coffee was not replenished. Breakfast was eggs 3 ways and toast. Very tiny and hard to find your way around as no signs on anything. Wanted to change room but could never find staff. Tv list signal was told to wait 10 mins while rebooted and tv was out all night.
Location to the train station and shopping center
Staff had no customer service skills at all. They did not make me feel welcome, whenever I approached the front desk it was at least 5 minutes before someone appeared after I had rung the bell
impersonal bad breakfast
Room next to noisy lift also
Handy location for the city. Clean rooms.
Reception staff were the rudest people I have ever encountered. Housekeeping staff were polite. The rooms need some sort of soundproofing. I could hear the person in the next room brush his teeth!
Everything you need for an overnight stay. Friendly staff. Good location.
Room felt small and compact.
room was small but clean. Sheets and towels were good. Stayed for two nights very quite in good location would stay again.
Location is excellent. Breakfast was nice.
With 3 in group it was difficult to obtain 3 key cards. However we were given 3 cards after insisting.
Easy to reach and close to the public transport. Small but comfortable modern rooms including all commodities. Good extensive breakfast served. Friendly staff.
Double lock entry to breakfast room.

Breakfast as part of stay. Room decor
The join in middle of bed where the 2 mattress together meet.
Although it's no grand place, it's a laidback and easy place to stay.
the staff were never around and seemed unwilling to help.
