The bed was way too hard and very uncomfortable. The kitchen drawers were dirty. There was matted hair in bathroom stuck to a Clean towel. The bedside lamps were too bright.

staff were very obliging and free continental breakfast was a nice surprise.

Living area was very spacious but second bedroom with twin beds was too small for two adults

It was clean and comfortable we only got in late and left early but staff member rang to check on us and let us know about our checkin

Was bit further away from airport than expected but dealt with that

Location excellent, across road from gorgeous beach, walking path, near Hilary harbour and great cafe's nearby

Single beds and bedroom tiny, A bit noisy at night due to BWS across road

Fridge ran all the time and was noisy. TV sometimes gave poor picture.

Fantastic location with extensive Marina and restaurants in walking distance. Also great beach walking track and beach itself. Very good restaurant opposite complex. Clean and modern with easy access to rooms. Right on beachfront so good views from some rooms. Continental breakfast included .

Not much to dislike. Rooms are relatively compact. Breaksfast was free, but average.

I thought the Resort was good value for money and was pleasantly surprised when they offered a complimentary breakfast upon checking in. Great location, we had dinner at Hillary's Wharf that night.

The room was a bit dated and of course an ocean view would have been nice, but for the price, I couldn't complain. Room was clean and beds comfy which is the most important thing when travelling.

Spacious & comfortable rooms, nice to have tea and coffee available.

Didn't like that we didn't have a proper outside seating area big enough for us all. Wasn't so keen on the male receptionist - he wasn't rude, but wasn't really that friendly either. Thought that the breakfast at 76 Steps was expensive, so didn't eat there. Pool small but sufficient.

Kathy the receptionist was fantastic. She was the best. Give her a wage rise..... I've worked in hotels. She's worth more money. Very close to Beach. Very close to shops. Very good facilities. Great value.

Not having enough time to spend on Beach and visiting around. .. great location.

Was very comfortable, unit had all we needed and we also had undercover parking. I would stay again.

a little noisy at times, and couldn't sit on veranda as people had kids playing on grass along side of it most days. Not private enough, upstairs may be better.

We liked the close proximity of restaurants to accomodation. Closeness to beach side attractions.

No restaurant at resort. Noisy complex. Could hear everybody around us , had to turn tv up to drown out talk next door etc. After hours check in was pathetic, our key was not in safe as per a/h check in arrangements. Luckily there was a security guy near and we got our room key off him. Room movie schedule not up to date, when asked at reception for current movie guide they did not have them yet. And lack of communication regarding breakfast opening hours , went down for breakfast on last morning there and it was closed at 9.15am. Also the lounge in the room is worn and needs updating very uncomfortable!

I had previously stayed there in a one bedroomed apartment and it was great. However the 2 bedroomed did not live up to the same standard. Room was tired and needed upgrading. No air con in bedrooms. One toilet in apartment.Clean towels etc only given every 3 days.

The apartment we stayed in was great and only a few minutes walk to the beach and shops. Staff were friendly and professional. Facilities were nice and clean and movie and kids channels provided for no extra cost.

Pre-arranged cot was not set up prior to our arrival...only a very minor thing...otherwise extremely happy!

Friendly staff, clean sparkling pool and spa and a million dollar view on our double balcony. Loved every minute of our stay!!

Found one pool deck chair was collapsed on one arm rest. Had to walk up stairs with all our luggage as there are no elevators

Good beachside location, clean and close to restaurants shops etc.

Being close to the beach and Hillarys. I can't really think of much else that anyone could say that would be good. They did have a computer/printer that you could use with complements - so that was good.

The oven was filthy - the first thing I had to do was clean it myself when we arrived as we had purchased things to cook! We also ended up washing most of the dishes/cultery before we could eat from them as they were dirty too. The lounge suite and bed cushion and throw smelt awful. The suite had a hot water unit in the cupboard, and when you opened the door to it and the cupboards of the vanity in the bathroom there was a very very strong mould/damp odour. The tv often had some reception problems, but not too bad. The toilet did not flush very well, so I was having to push the flush button 3 or 4 times to clear the contents. One night we ate at the restaurant & I got food poisoning. I ordered the special - crispy skin barramundi. It tasted ok, except only the outer part of the fish was cooked through. The middle was raw. Unfortunately I had eaten a fair bit of the fish before I realized how raw the middle was. I did tell the waitress that the fish was raw, and all she did was informed the chef. Nothing else was done. I ended up bed- ridden the next day and in a lot of pain. I didn't feel that this accommodation was value for money - the room was very old and run down. I wouldn't stay again. Sorry.
