Score from 303 reviews Excellent
The Mantra French Quarter Noosa resort is on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. It has spacious, modern apartments with well-equipped kitchens and two swimming pools. Noosa’s beach is a 10-minute walk away....

Score from 210 reviews Very good
Beautiful setting and very large balconies overlooking the pools, great for enjoying a wine in the afternoon. Two of the pools have roomy spas and we also made good use of the saunas. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We could walk to a great coffee shop and Thai restaurant, but there were other restaurants close by.
Was looking forward to having a spa bath in our room, but not all deluxe apartments have them so make sure you check. Restaurant closed at 11.00 which was a shame as we couldn't have lunch. Also wifi is not free it costs us $22 for 3 days for 2 devices which was well worth it.
This hotel has fantastic pools that you could sit by and enjoy a quiet cocktail
Unfortunately you can't get one - as we were told repeatedly - due to there being no chef available?! It was frustrating enough not being able to eat at our hotel the entire 4 day stay but I didn't realise chefs ran the bar as well!!
- great room, pool & spa facilities - friendly staff - not too noisy
-someone parked in our car space on two occasions -Bar/restaurant was not open late afternoon/evening during our stay -would've been nice to have extra set of towels for a four night stay
We had a short stay and found all was very clean spaciuos and we enjoyed the pool area .We had breakfast and was told by staff of the specials
Nice quiet location, great pools and plenty of room. Grounds and gardens are 1st class, will be back
Loved the beautifly kept tropical gardens, pools and bar area. Apparments are great and the design fantastic as they were private with plants placed so that you could sit on your front deck and feel relaxed. The fact the facility has a courtesy bus makes for easy access to Hasting Street Beach, shops restuarants and no need to hire a car. Nearby shops for general items are easily found on foot.
Just wish that the restaurant was open over the November period when we arrived when the Triathalon was on.
Shelley on reception was excellent. Very helpful & friendly. Shuttle bus into town (runs 3-4 times/day) was a plus. Apartment was huge & very clean. Overall, it was excellent value for money.
Distance to Hastings St (3-4km).
It is our families third time we have stayed and the whole experience of the relaxing Noosa area, is complimented by the facilities available at the resort. The pools are especially family friendly.
Pool and Spa Spacious Unit 2 TVs Very relaxing
Climbing all those stairs to 3rd level especially with heavy bags. Having to pay for Wifi. Should be included in the price. We stayed in an Apartment in Southport on way back home for much less and Wifi was included.
The pool areas are well maintained and very clean
Beautiful relaxing setting. Always enjoy our stay here....
Some hard objects continually crashing on the roof in Fiji apartment! Washing machine not working for a whole week, and staff slow to respond .
Spacious rooms, beautiful pool, spas and surrounds. Very relaxing.
Little bit out of the way. Have to use the car to get/do anything.
Calm and peaceful
A neighbouring unit was talking/laughing in the early hours of the morning, but one phone call to the after hours number and Security was sent around to speak to them. :)
food good table setting good service good
your function room !! it felt like you were in a hall no decor it would of been better hiring a scout hall at least they have a picture of the queen and two flags on the wall.... get some plants curtains pictures wall features ?? there was a couple of us x hospitality we all had the same view.. andy 101 26/9
Loved the relaxed atmosphere with well maintained gardens & facilities. Beautiful view of pool from room. Quiet location but still close enough to both Noosaville, the Junction & Hastings St. As it was winter & a chilly, rainy weekend it was great to have wooden floors instead of tiles & reverse cycle air/heat. Room was spacious, clean & comfy. $10 breaky was the perfect start to the day. Loved the fireplace in the restaurant too. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!
No Foxtel though it was advertised & there was a Foxtel guide on the coffee table. (we couldn't see a box or remote?) Allocated car space very tight fit for a regular sedan. Resort restaurant doesn't serve dinner. (though if you want to go out close by for a great meal I would recommend 'The River Cottage' on Weyba rd. Was well worth going out in the rain for) Overall the positives over ruled any negatives.
The flat is beautiful and the location is good
there were no one at the reception and no instruction about how to get into the flat when we arrived at 6pm...
The constant noise from the people above stumbling around the apartment from early morning onwards.Timber floor construction. Very noisy environment(Kids yelling). maybe ok for families with kids but not for mature couples looking for peace & quiet. Had to take our own rubbish to the refuse locker 50 metres away!!! Definitely NOT a hotel.
The apartment was a lovely surprise after a long journey - very comfortable and beautifully designed.
That we didn't stay long enough!!
The noise of footsteps from the upstairs apartment was very loud and annoying.
Staff were very unhelpful and rude.
We enjoyed dealing with Bridgette on reception she is very professional. Nicki in the bar is good fun and full of knowledge. The resort is close to Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace.
We advised them at the time of booking and also in a phone conversation that we were celebrating our sons 21st birthday. To not even find a card from management was disappointing. We are 5 times returning customers.
Love the rooms, decor, landscaping - gardens are beautiful and it's all very relaxing! Loved the spa bath.
It's a little too far to walk to restaurants in heels so be prepared to catch a short cab ride.
Lovely grounds, peaceful environment.
The décor and complex itself and the location was perfect, especially with provision of a courtesy bus for access into Hastings st.
The spa didn't have clear signage regarding removal of jewellery and my items were destroyed in the spa, which are irreplaceable. A visual prompt on the signage which we did read before going into to facilities, would have helped prevent the damage to my jewellery.
pools on-site under cover parking decor gardens
reception desk, unavailable after 5.00pm reception staff, rushed, very busy to the point of not having time to help
