Kinderen en extra bedden
Alle kinderen tot 12 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud betalen AUD 10,00 per persoon per nacht babybedjes inbegrepen.
Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen AUD 26,00 per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.
Maximumaantal extra bedden/babybedjes in een kamer: 1.
Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch meegerekend in het totaalbedrag en dienen apart te worden betaald in het hotel.

Er wordt 100% van de eerste overnachting in rekening gebracht zodra u geboekt heeft en kan worden gerestitueerd.

Het is niet zo duur en toch in het centrum van Cairns dus wel goed voor event. boodschappen vanwege het apartement. Enkele straten van het boulevard en vlakbij het Centraal Station. Kluishuur heb ik 15 dollar betaald en niet retour gekregen vanwege dat het niet in hun gewoonte is om meteen geld te vragen. Dus hun woord tegen dat van mijn. Trek je toch aan het kortste eind. Visa apparaat weigerden regelmaatig en alleen door computergebruik met ons Visanummer was het mogelijk aan de balie te betalen voor onze verblijf. Ontzettend tijdroovend en onvriendelijk . |

Close to shops, CBD, car rental, train, wharf, everything. Good after office hours service on arrival. Friendly staff. The tv never worked properly but management said they were upgrading all tvs to plasma's & would make this room a priority. Too much noise through the wall from other apartments having showers. |

The food in the evening was excellent, great position. Liked the facilities in the room We stayed above the restaurant and it was very noisy untill after 2300 and the staff were quite noisy early Sunday morning i.e 0715. I would not like to stay in a room overlooking the carpark. Ours was lovely over the pool. |

Really enjoyed the 1 bedroom apt, it allowed my husband to get up and potter around early without disturbing me. Close to a major shopping centre. A quality block of apartments. |

Apartment had good facilities and a large balcony. Convenient for restaurants and supermarket, Esplanade and wharf area a moderate walk away. Liked the three movie channels on the TV. Right next to the railway line. Luckily not many trains pass, but when they do you feel it! Doesn't seem to be any soundproofing at all. Staff not very helpful, and charged our credit card in sterling, instead of dollars, thus forcing us to accept the hotel's exchange rate instead of the better one from the credit card company. It wasn't clear until after the transaction that they'd done that. Bathroom door broken (wouldn't even close!), and it took them almost a week to fix it (and we weren't told that someone would be coming, just arrived back to find them in the apartment). Other facilities perfectly adequate but not the standard you'd expect for the price you pay. |

Good location, next to shopping center and close to restaurants right in the city center. 15 minute walk to the marina and the lagoon. The room itself was nice with a good kitchen and a small private outdoor seating area next to the pool. The bathroom floor was not cleaned properly. The public available BBQ however was a dissapointment. More of a gas powered frying man than a BBQ. |
