Bad service, extreme dirty with all kind of insects, bug coming out from the toilet at night. We complaint the insects and bugs to the staff, the first thing from him is" Rebate is not apply in Tasmania!!!!" Such a shameful with this kind of services, not even a single appologise to us about the condition of the room!!!! 200% not recommend this hotel to anyone at all!!!!!!! It will ruin your holiday for sure!!!!! Louisy, worst, extreme bad is the only words to describe!!!

Very comfortable room, nicely refurbished and very clean. Good amenities. Was well positioned to the city and surrounding activities (such as Tehune Airwalk). Brilliant views of the bay. The front reception gentleman wasn't very welcoming and a bit gruff and short when enquiring for assistance. This was disappointing as the customer service is key for any business. Should have options for after hours checkout. Was a bit confusing as we had to leave before reception opened, but there was no after hours key box to leave keys in.

Stained linen in 2 rooms. We chose the hotel becuse a review said it was quiet, however a Christmas function played very loud live music until well after midnight preventing sleep.

Central location for our travel requirements on this particlular trip. Although bed had good duvet but lack of electric blankets very noticeable for winter in Tasmania. Would put people off staying as reverse cycle air conditioner took a wee while to warm up! Electric blankets would be a huge improvement for comfort and warmth in the the Deluxe Rooms in winter.

Close proximity to Hobart cbd yet offering the tranquility of near countryside, beautiful beach walks etc View was sensational. Easy car parking Quiet Laundry facility was good

Staff were very reponsive when asked for help. The shower entry was narrow, and the electric jug too large to fit under the basin spout.

I came from N.Qld in the winter months and found the room very cold until the air con clicked in. also found the bathroom freezing but then I came from the tropics.

Clean. Bunks were squished into the room so that had to climb onto the bunk to close the blind. Would have been a very nice room with just two single beds or a double bed and a couch. Too squished for me.
