Close to eateries and beach. 7 mins drive to twelve apostles and other sight seeing.

The tv needs updating and driveway needs to be re-surface.

The location was great, much closer to the bars and shops than the impression given by the web site. We were able to walk into town with the children for supper which we were not expecting to be able to do.

The room with the single beds was where the entrance door was which made me a little worried about night time security.

Good view overlooking the beach if you pay for a sea view room. Close to the restaurants.

The staff were friendly and organized it only took us a few mins to check in which was great after a long drive. Rooms were perfect super comfy beds with wonderful ocean views! Great location wish we could have stayed longer.

Location, very close to beach and shops. Cleanliness - very clean and toiletries provided (hairdryer, shampoo etc.)

Family room - we are family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children. Bed configuration is 2 doubles and 2 singles, would prefer 4 singles.

Very close to seaside and fresh air... Live like your on top of the nature.. So excellent if u want perfect rest..

The cae park is squizzing.. They should have 1 entrance an other way for exit

Staff was very friendly and helpful - gave us a map of the interesting places to visit and this proved to be very helpful indeed.

Nothing much, really for the price we pay!

Motel room was on the first floor, had great view of Port Campbell inlet, quite large and was very clean, had spa bath.

The location is unbelievable.

Close to the centre of Port Campbell so very handy.

Very poor service no one in attendance to ask questions, internet poor reception or week signal. No provision for Breakfast of even a cup of coffee.

the wifi signal can't cover all rooms. we have to stay in the middle of court and receive the wifi signal.

That restaurants and shops were within walking distance. Also you could back your vehicle right up to your room instead of carrying your luggage upstairs or having to use an elevator.

No complaints.

I particularly liked the location and the room which had a sea view (and close enough for the sea sound). The room was well equipped for eating in or outside on the picnic tables. Nice white sheets here.

My friends room (not sea view) was a bit gloomy and the bedding did nothing to help because it looked dated.

I liked everything. It was exactly what I expected.

The bloke at reception was good for a laugh, made us feel welcome, the location is what makes this place so good. Will definately return and recommend to othets

The location is great, the hotel is modern and clean nice extras tea/coffee, toaster and bits for self catering, the staff were friendly an enjoyable stay.

No air con but there was a free standing fan, fortunately there was a cool sea breeze

It was much better than we expect it! we booked queen room and they gave us queen room with sea view! it wasn't a mistake, just was our lucky day! but the place and the location was fantastic! the rooms cleaned and all the facilities invalible!

We booked a 'family room' as we were 2 couples traveling together. Room was a great stop off on The Great Ocean Road; clean and comfortable. Gorgeous view of the sea was a bonus and only a short strroll to cafes and bars.

We got a little bit cold in the night, but once we had woken up we realised there were spare blankets anyway so we could have used those!
