To arive after a 5hour drive and be told that you have been upgraded to a spa room was the BEST EVERY,It was my BIRTHDAY. I loved all of it, the room was a great size, the meals at the resturont wear delish and great value for money, the staff wear polite and very helpful. Having a long day out then coming back to the room and soak in the spa, then just wall out the door over to the restaurant for dinner was the best did not have to go anywhere it was just all there. The motel would be a great place for families as it has everything you would need. I have told so many family and friends about your motel

Everything, have stayed before and loved. Your manager Tim Canny exceptionally helpful You need a rail to assist stepping up into Reception. People like us who are older & I myself have artificial joints found it difficult to get up first step. bringing to staff attention they agreed

The fact it was bloody hot and your staff (1) didn't have ac on when we arrived (2) your cleaning staff then took the ac off on our 2nd day!!! Give me a break!! Furthermore....the room was like going back to he 70's ... Place needed a good clean and dust... I'd suggest clean the bathroom fan as it is breeding all sorts of stuff... Will be posting my thoughts when I get over my "4" star stay at $260.00 per night!! Thanks for a crap experience!

nice & clean, friendly staff, who helped us find our way around Large concrete blocks in front of car parks, which you needed to walk past into the units. VERY Dangerous. Had a friend do real damage to themselves on one of these at another location. Suggest you remove , replace with a shorter modern pvc version

Rooms spotless and comfortable. Great having small sink & microwave in room. Fantastic free laundry facilities. Would definately return here. Didn't like the gym being fenced off, next to the pool & games room. I would have liked it to be in a separate room.

Location is good Had tiny spiders in the bathroom and also found a white tail spider crawled out of the pillow area in between my partner and I. Did inform them of this when checking out.

Based on the busy road to sovereign hill, there was no noise due to the double glazing of the windows, shower was excellent and the food in the cafe/resturant was excellent. Would definately stay there again. no dislikes

The room was spacious and had everything I needed for a one-night business stay. Very clean, too. Also extremely handy is the hotel right next door to the accommodation (all owned by the one company). Dinner here was excellent and the restaurant menu had plenty of variety. I believe there is a cafe as well, but I did not use that on this occasion. This is a minor point - it is located on Main Rd, Ballarat, which means there is a fair bit of traffic, and I had one of the front rooms. However, it proved not to be too much of a problem because by 10pm there was only occasional cars on the road, and one of my windows had been double-glazed. Strange that the other wasn't double-glazed....., couldn't see the point of only half doing the job!!
