Location was its best point. The lift did not access all floors and we had to lug luggage up a steep and narrow flight of stairs to our third-floor room. We were not happy about the evacuation procedure from this room in an emergency. |

Clean & comfortable bed Aircon would have helped, plus some additional sound proofing between floors. |

close to train station, which made it very accessible to the city. interesting area no airconditioning made it increadibily hot, was really noisy - like I got woken up several times a night and the room hadnt been properly cleaned before we arrived. |

I like the location such a great heart of sydney and accesible to other locations. Another thing is about the reasonable price of its rate. Lastly, the location is too close by the kingscross station. I am a little bit dissapointed with the check-in and check out time. IT's too late for check-in and too early for check-out. It makes me so bored waiting outside before ready to check-in according to my flight time is at early morning. |

The cafe/restaurant had very rude staff and the food was of a poor quality and expensive. There was also no parking available which we really needed. |

Proximity to the night life and the city. Loved the ambience of the Cross. Also enjoyed convenience of the restaurant, Petrol, right on the doorstep. Bathroom too small would have liked somewhere to put clothes but it was adequate and very clean. And I guess the itinerant night life can get too noisy but then again that adds to the flavour of the Cross! |

Good location in active neighbourhood of Kings Cross, 20 min walking from city center also good connected to public transport (5 min walk to train station). A good choice when you desire only a bed and a shower during your stay and dont expect anything more! The hotel does not provide any facility (no common room) or chairs to sit down on the premesis with a larger group of people, except the restaurant in front which requires you to consume a beverage or something else when seated on the terrace. |

The hotel was very clean and the front desk employees were friendly. Very large bed and nicely decorated room. The wooden floorboards in the rooms; although look very nice the noise from the room above was terrible! Especially as the gentleman above was a 6'7 Russian volleyball player! |

Good location, 1 very nice receptionist (the youngest one) dirty dishes, low quality of cleanness in the room in general, noisy, room deco makes no sense (can't see TV from bed), cranky old receptionist (the oldest one), laundry machine ruined some of our clothes. |

The receptionist - lovely lady by the name of Marti was very well connected with tourist and taxi/limousine services. She was very helpful and courteous a real gem. The rooms were not very sound proof - could here a lot of commotion thourgh out the 5 days we were there. |

Very close to Kings Cross Station, room was clean and tidy, comfortable beds, nicely renovated and very friendly staff. Close to restaurants and supermarket. No lift to third floor, doors and windows let in a lot of light at night even when shut and blinds drawn, crockery provided but no kitchen facilities in room (had to go down to basement to wash breakfast dishes). |
