Reception Staff were excellent and very helpful. I stayed at the hotel for three nights and only once was my room serviced and this was only done after repeatedly requesting service. |

Lodge is right in the middle of Kings Cross and looks good from the outside. There was a pile of dirty laundry in my room when I arrived and during my whole time there. I didn't spend much time in the room though so never got aroudn to telling anyone about it, however, I should not have had to. |

I found the hotel surprisingly comfortable. It is in Kings Cross and therefore slightly noisy, but my room was not fronting the street and that helped. All good |

I think you should say whether the room that someone is going to get or is available does not have a view - mine looked straight into another room across the central 'well' of the buidling - yuk! Also the hotel was very noisy at night - so much for being advertised as a quiet place! |

quite near to centre of kings cross, outside well renovated. no cleaning of the room for 4 days, room quite dark since window to a smll and narrow court. one of the light bulbs missing. no shampoo in shower. At arrival door of shower out of rails, I repaired it. Staff at reception seemd to be not very competent, took long timt to check in, buying internet access took also long time, complicate process. |

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, neu renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war zu kalt und es gab keine Möglichkeit zu heizen. Kein Zimmerservice(Reinigung/Abfallentsorgung/frische Handtücher/WC Papier) bei 5 Übernachtungen |

Endast fläkt och ingen AC på rummet, vilket kan behövas när det är 27 grader varmt ute. Ingen städning på 6 dagar. Fick nya handdukar men inte muggar eller påfyllnad av kaffe och toalettpapper förrän jag påtalat detta. |
