フロントの応対はとてもいい感じでした。 部屋も、今回はねるだけだったので、清潔感があって、良かったと思います。

フロントのインド系の女性はとても親切な対応で、1部屋をアーリーチェックインさせていただいたのはよかっ- たです。　しかし、23時に玄関のドアがロックされるので、ルームキーで開けて、入ってくださいとの説明はあったので- 中には入れましたが、フロントまで閉まっていて誰もいませんでした。　なんとか電話したりして宿直のおじさんが出てきてくれて、もう1部屋のチェックインをすることはできました- が、かなりあせりました。　こちらもホテルに戻ってくるのが24時を回っていたので、悪かったのですが、23時のなったらフロントには- 、誰もいなくなりますとの説明がほしかったです。

The downstairs hallway was a bit scary but my room was perfect clean and very lovely

Excellent friendly helpful front desk staff. I like the location, the front cafe, the appearance. I liked the flat screen TV this time around. I liked the clean towels and spotless bed linen.

I dropped some fine glass and paper on the bathroom floor that was not swept up. I prefer real milk. Minor things really in the grand scheme of the overall excellent service, price and location.

Bathroom was very small and small basin. I couldn't wash my face with the small basin..

A perfectly pleasant stay for a couple of days in Sydney, easy access to the CBD and clean facilities on a budget. I would definitely stay there again!

The location. It was very convenient to transport and places to eat.

we were aware that we had a budget basement room, which was no problem other than being immediatly opposite the communal kitchen .(room 6) where it could be utilised upto 11pm, maybe this should be 10pm, as the sound of voices and clattering dishes reverberated. a minor comment and not detrimental to the overall experience

Great location. I know there are some reviews that come off as negative because of the proximity to King's Cross. It is a block off so there's no issue, and while King's Cross is a "red light" sort of area, it is completely safe. The main street is a thoroughfare and you will find all sorts of people walking through. There is a good police prescence, and in some ways it's like a New York village. No worries there, at all.

Located next to Kings Cross, not the nicest location but handy for the city centre either by train or on foot. Room comfortable & clean. Overall good value for money, would stay there again.

The hotel was in a quiet area and near to the railway station. Kitchen and laundry very handy..

Not being able to park outside the hotel when we arrived. Broken down washing machines and dryer.

The hotel was great. Ideal location central to Pott's Point and Kings Cross station.

Clean comfortable rooms we stayed twice in one week.Helpful staff. Great location for underground - shops open 24/ 7 very colourfel night life. Although we are a mature couple we didn't feel out of place in this dynamic area - felt quite safe at The Cross!We thought we had value for money at Springfield Lodge.

The fact that you couldnt sit outside with out the waitress ripping your head off as we were not dining there at the time apparently it was part of the hotel but the waitress had an attitude problem and could have asked us nicely not to sit there unless eating I was simply waiting with my 2 small children for my parents who were also staying with to come down stairs so we could go out for the day.

Location, price

Room was at the rear of hotel where night revellers gathered and caused a lot of problems. Because of this didn't get much sleep! Hotel restaurant/cafe was closed the whole of easter!

Marissa is gorgeous,Peter needs a hair cut .Great front desk team,Both patient,helpfull and unterested.Id stay again just because of them.

10Am checkout.No free WiFi,which is $10 a day,so behind the times.
