I only had a short stay as I arrived at midnight but I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. I would certainly recommend it for excellent value. I plan to return next time I am in the area.

It was reasonably priced. The owners were rude and unaccommodating. The girls, who were staying for a basketball competition, were swimming around 12.30 after playing in a 43 degree stadium, and were told off for being noisy - in the middle of the day. We were told on a number of times to keep it down.

close to shopping centre and a very nice park where we watch a concert in the afternoon. the room was very nice and the staff were very friendly and approachable

Would have preferred ground level room.One half of electric blanket did not work. Also the day we arrived we opened thecupboard and the door fell off. This we reported to management. But nothing was done whilst there.

Location The state of the room, there was a horrible smell in the room like a dirty nappy had been left. Also the bathroom door wouldn't shut and there was a power point that had a big hole in it.

It was a comfortable room with good amenities. I didnt like the volume of the traffic. The first night I didnt sleep much at all. I could hear the people next door go to the toilet which also disturbed my sleep. I didnt shower with the light on because of the window right next to the shower and did not fancy going to the toilet with the light on because people could look in and same with the shower. I know it sounds like many things I didnt like about it......i am mentioning them for feedback, but I did enjoy my stay there

The location to the centre of town is fantastic. Lovely pool area. Hot water was not good.Unfortunately 5 out of 8 showers during our stay were not hot.

Online searching The experience we had by staying at the Motel is overwhelming as we had to face few issues. * No Hot water for room 24 and in other rooms have to wait another 20 -30 for the second person to have a shower. Its winter and hot water is essential. * The heating System on room 19 wasn't working properly and it drops to 12 degrees every time when increase the temp. I have been asked a receipt for the payments and the given prices are different than the prices i've booked in. (Prices are lower) Reception Lady was helpful but not efficience enough.

Although this is an older motel the rooms were very clean and mostly well maintained. the owner was friendly and helpful. The airconditioners didn't work and we had to use a small noisy fan heater in one room and the other room a column heater which was not quite sufficient for the size of the room. there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom which was a little off putting.

Convenient location. 1. False advertising on booking. Was not what was described online. not all facilities described were included. 2. Staff quite rude and defensive. 3. When trying to discuss booking with staff they didn't quite care what the online booking description contained.
