Staff were very helpful. Hotel lovely and quiet after a long flight.

I requested a room with 2 beds but there was only one. There was also someone else's bar tab put on my account.

Presentation, security & location are A1 Location is great for early flights out. All we required was there as outlined at time of booking.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, however is was noted that the tariff fluctuates greatly. As chance has it, I was actually arranging another visit to Sydney in June at the time your request for comment appeared on my email. I had viewed the Stamford Airport rate & it had jumped once again. This location has now tentatively been by-passed for this visit due to the rate.

Location, rooms are a good size

Dinner and breakfast food was not 4 or 5 star quality. Short staffed with waiters running around to try and serve people dining. There should not be an extra cost for a cappuccino over the already highly priced buffet. At dinner and breakfast it needs more bar staff, to make coffee and or serve drinks to the tables.

Very pleasant Airport hotel less than 15 minutes to the International or Domestic Terminals. Large, clean rooms with super comfy beds and all standard amenities. Nice pool area adjacent to an excellent gym. The pool is not heated but this would not be a problem in summer. The on-site restaurant serves very good meals although a bit pricey, however this is Sydney. Hotel prices are good value by Sydney standards, excellent business hotel with conference and meeting room facilities. Not close to any shopping but an excellent hotel for flight stop overs.

WiFi should be free, you get 30 minutes free then by the minute up to $24.99 max. Would easily reach the max on the average business trip.

Very comfortable great spot for an early morning flight better than being stuck in the traffic!

Breakfast was a bit ordinary including the self making pancake machine! Also was charged twice for the breakfast

It is a well situated above average airport hotel which offers good value for money

Close to Airport which suited us

We were given our room door card which did not work so had to get a proper one Time waster as we were returning a rental car We had prepaid our stay 3 Months earlier but we got charged again on checking out Luckily the back office picked it out and we got a credit

This is a great hotel very close to the airport. It is clean, very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We never used the pool but it looked nice. It is within walking distance of the airport and is a 10 minute walk to the metro which will take you to the city center. You could very easily stay here on a sighting seeing city holiday and get the train in and out to the city. We only stayed here one night but it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney.

A bit pricey but you get what you pay for

Great position for our overnight airport stay. Very luxurious hotel.

For this visit it was convenience for 1 night stop over before next day flight. Convertible room,breakfast was substantial and refreshing. My husband and I are frequent stayers at The Stamford at Glenelg Adelaide sa.

Did not appreciate staff service at reception as our booking was made in January and staff person could not find our confirmation , He consulted with another staff member then all was resolved , no apologize made to us.

The check in staff were excellent, and the location was ideal for airport transfer.

1. Thursday evening cocktail barman did not impress me. Firstly I asked if I could order smething slightly different from the food options E.G. Ham and cheese toasted sandwich and was told very promptly that we only supply what is on the menu. Okay so I had one beer and left. Would have stayed for 2 - 3 beers if I had got the food I felt like. Later he was walking back to the bar with a crate of sparkling wine. The way he went about this task was noisey and distruptive - unnecessary. He should have gone about his tasks quietly and more professionally. 2. I think the furniture in the dinning area and lounge area needs an urgent refurbishment. 3. Airport shuttle for International Terminal that arrived could not accommodate all the users. Tickets are sold at the check-in so would have thought that this information could have been passed onto the shuttle bus company to ensure adequate space was available.

All round, fantastic experience. Friendly,helpful and courteous staff. Extremely well maintained and very reasonably priced. Professional service with a light and friendly atmosphere. Situated in a brilliant location for all travellers accessing the airport.
