Great if you like casino !!! Location is good. Convenient for many types of transportation. Booking made via www.booking.com was missing when we checked in. Lucky that it was not the peak season or Saturday. Then, the hotel claimed that breakfast was not included in the winter package although www.booking.com spelled out that breakfast were included. In the end, breakfast vouchers were issued to us, but not without a few words. Receiving a confirmation directly from the hotel after booking made at www.booking.com will avoid any confusion. |

The convenience to City and Darling Harbour facilities but main thing was seeing a Show at Lyric Theatre and staying close. |

The breakfast has a variety of food choices. The walk to Darling Harbour is enjoyable. Next to Lyric theatre. Connected to a casino. A bit far away from CBD. The hotel is getting old. |

The cleanliness of the rooms, to use the lifts required pass keys which gave confidence in the security. The pool area with a lap lane. Men were not allowed into the casino wearing thongs whereas women were allowed in wearing similar footwear. There was a lap lane in the pool but children were jumping into it from the other pool - I feel that the staff could have been more active in discouraging this. |

The room, Restaurants and the Lyric show were all excellent and the proximity to Darling Harbour and various attractions made it unnecessary to go anywhere else. We really enjoyed our break and will do it again. We had made a number of costumes for the Buddy Show and had come down for the opening night. The mail delivery was poor - I am a tailor and I arranged to do 2 client jacket fittings while in Sydney. One I took down with me and saw the client on Monday evening and the other I arranged for my staff to send it via overnight Express Post so that I could fit the gentleman on Tuesday afternoon. I kept checking with the Concierge but there was no sign of the parcel. |

C'était notre 2ème séjour dans cet hôtel et nous y retournerons lors de nos prochaines visites à Sydney. Bel hôtel, très bien situé (Darling Harbour et city), offrant un excellent service (qualité du personnel) et un excellent petit déjeuner buffet. + casino h 24 pour les amateurs, restaurants, boutiques...Et cerise sur le gateau : Une personne très sympathique parlant français : Damien ! Une seule petite critique qui ne doit pas remettre en cause le choix de cet établissement : Le faible nombre d'ascenseurs occasionne parfois quelques attentes. |
