The location was convenient for us at the time

It is clean, friendly stuff and clean room.

Noise on weekends of people in hotel. The only way to go to city is using a bus, it is not close to any shopping area or even basic needs.

Lack of wash-up facilities + no crockery cutlery, no microwave quite far out of town - car was essential. No laundry - had to go to motel next door

The room was clean and had everything we needed, the staff were friendly and professional. The facilities were good for the price.

Quite a walk to train station so took longer to get to city.

Booking was lost had to wait and have 3 attempts at getting a Taxi Couple in next room had fights 2 nights in a row Supposed curtesy bus was not available\

We were very comfotable, the room was clean, provisions good, the restaurant on site was very pleasant, staff were efficent & courteous and prices average, we enjoyed our meal.

The condition of the amenities need attention, some tiling needs to be updated, but clean and satisfactory.

For non cornflakes etc. eaters breakfast was very bleak indeed. Not even some cheese was available to go with the bread rolls. Room AC was not working. Wash Hand basin was without stopper.

Relatively quiet location considering the flow of traffic on Ballarat Road. Excellent car parking layout and entry and exit to motel. Value for money in restaurant - food and drink. Comfortable bed. Cheery receptionist.

Response to placement of order was slow in restaurant for evening meal, which was caused by just one waiter taking both meal and drink orders for the early part of our dining. The situation improved when a second staff member arrived to assist. The "self serve" continental breakfast fitted very nicely with our normal breakfast dining. The one problem: just a single 4 slice toaster was available for use by patrons - this was very slow as it appeared to have ineffective heating elements.

Very handy for Melbourne airport, only a 20 min drive. Very good restaurant. Rooms basic but clean.

Location is in an industrial/commercial area. Nowhere to go without driving. No self catering equipment in the room other than a kettle & fridge. We were refused a toaster when we asked.

Friendly Staff. Good ammenities & convenient location. Very relaxing beds.

We stayed there because it was recommended to us by other dog people who had attended Melbourne Royal Dog Show previously. It is conveniently located near the show grounds and is dog friendly. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we will stay there again.

Great freindly service & the meal in the resteraunt was excellent & small child friendly :-)
