the price, $149/night & it's tarted up 1970's, awful for the price!!!!!!

The breakfast waitress was quite rude when I asked for a coffee. She snapped back "Im busy setting up for a conference so it will take me 15 - 20 minutes". She then walked off without my order.

Our stay was fabulous. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The breaky was lovely and free.. The food at the restaurant was delicious and very reasonable in price. It's close to all the shops and restaurants of which there are many in this fabulous town. A lovely stay. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike ... A wonderful stay.

We loved everything about our 4 day stay. The resort was clean,quiet,convenient,spacious and extremely comfortable ( the beds are amazing) . The staff are so pleasant and just can't do enough. The Burger restaurant ...awesome!! Thank you so much. See you in 2015

There is nothing to dislike.. It's lovely.

Location within easy walk of town centre

Wifi didn't work (signal too weak in our room). Room 37 was in smokers corner and smoke and smell came into the room. Ashtray immediately outside door didn't help. Restaurant was only burgers.

Bed was quite comfortable. Staff were very polite. Complimentary breakfast.

Curtains grubby and did not adequately block out light from huge illuminated sign outside room which was left on all night. Room smelt musty, paint was peeling in bathroom. Noise from highway metres from room kept us awake. No minibar as advertised. By no means a 'deluxe queen ' and surprisingly shabby for an Accor hotel.

Leaking bathroom taps toilet roll dispenser broken and left lying on back of toilet Did not have male toiletries i.e. shaving cream, given several bottles of conditioner but no shampoo

Room was next to the road and very noisy with trucks during the day though not at night.

Good service, happy to meet our needs in early check in and late check out. Clean, great amenities, gym pool and activities as well a bonus. Great location close to everything.

Location good.. Continental Breakfast well presented and good selection.

Resort facilities .i.e indoor gym needs to be supervised or young people not allowed in gym as a number of the machines were broken, we saw a number of very young children unsupervised playing on the machines. Which was a pity as we always use the gym facilities when we stay at Hotels.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast included in the tariff was a great bonus. We only stayed one night as we were passing thorugh on the way to Adelaide, I would stay there again.

Very comfortable and well appointed room and great breakfast

It's mainly a motel by the highway. It takes 15 minutes walk from V/line station. Rent-a-car company takes more 10 minutes walk from this hotel. Ladies at the reception are friendly. WiFi is free but cut out every 10 minutes. Lake Boga takes ten minutes by car from this hotel and is beautiful.

The breakfast are no meats and no fruits.

Foyer was nice, people were friendly.

Little disappointed with room. Would not put it as 4 or 4.5 star would be more like 3.5 star. Very, very tiny room that had 2 single beds one which was propped up against a door that led to outside. Could see TV from one bed but not the other. However it was clean. Little bit confined. Room also faced onto main highway so quite noisy. Room design didn't look like picture on website.
