Swansea Waterloo Inn

The hotel had beautiful views of the the bay and the restaurant when open gives value for money evening meals.

It would be nice if you could have a cooked breakfast in the morning down in the restaurant instead of a continental breakfast in the room.

The bedroom was really big with a double bed and a bunk bed. Big bathroom. But what I really loved was the view from the bedroom. Absolutely amazing! It's a budget and fair accommodation.

No staff available. The restaurant was poor and with some strange people there (we decided not to dinne there). No breakfast included.

The view out over the bay and the proximity to national park walks. The town well supplied with shops and little places to eat, especially TUD0 across the road!!

Really needs a makeover! Rooms are dark and have been furnished in the 70s. Clean and in a good location though.

The hostess was very courteous and warm. We felt cared for!

Maybe, the rooms could be in a lighter shade (off-white). That would give the rooms a "larger" look.

Views of beach and ocean as well as lawn bowls from balcony at room. Next to golf course. Short stroll to shops and restaurants. Short walk from hotel to Point Wellington with nice views. 2 Supermarkets in town. Everything within walking distance.

Restaurant of hotel was closed the night we stayed. Most cafes in town open late in the morning (10am).

Good service; well designed - most rooms had a seaside view.

Very quiet, facilities were clean even if they were a bit dated. Loved the sea view..watched the sun come up over the ocean. Comfortable bed.

There were a couple of tenants I didn't like. :) ..a cricket on the bathroom floor and a centipede crawled over the carpet. Maybe needs fumigating..as I can't stand creepy crawlies....

Sea view room was good to wake up to and the bottle shop was handy.

It's not exactly modern.

The view to Freycinet National Park and being beachside was great.Very quiet.

We thought the motel was very very good well run by extremely friendly people ,clean rooms well fitted out all you need for a great stay

The room was very big. Clean. Comfy bed. Fantastic view of "The Nut"

Clean, close to beach. Good one/two night stop over. Lovely views, close to walks and golf club. Good bench space with a small table. Good bar fridge.

Bathroom door did not work properly but this was only a minor hiccup. Had some noisy "neighbours" but this can happen anywhere. Bed a little firm for my liking.

A clean room, not fancy, but then you really do just need a comfortable and clean room to sleep in. A great spot to be for access to the Freycinet region of Tasmania. The town has choices of cafes/restaurants, which many smaller towns do not. Good water veiw even from rooms not directly looking out on to the ocean. Good value for money.

The view of the sea is fantastic! All rooms are facing the sea. The beach is down under your room!

Clean, comfortable room, though not fancy. Importantly, bed was good, and the breakfast was great.

Good position facing the Oyster Bay and Freycinet peninsula. Good restaurant. The children liked the bulk beds.

it's clean and comfortable,the room is suitable for family and couple,and the scenery is amazing,especially the hotel available free wifi for us , that's great! Swansea is a very very beautiful place.
