Easy access to all Burleigh Heads has to offer. Exceptionally clean & well kept venue. Leonie was very professional, friendly and made us feel welcome. Promo deals with the Surf Club were appreciated.

Our room was a little noisy (above reception / entry to Swell & Visitor Car Parking), Ok if we kept the windows and balcony door closed.

Loved the unit, would have loved to stay longer. Receptionist wonderful

The stench from the refuse storage room was at times unbearable. It really did make our stay one to forget. This was caused by the door of the rubbish room not being closed .

Location, large comfortable apartment, friendly staff, soundproof apartment didn't hear any noise.

I like the spa and swimming pool and the level of security of the apartment which is highly recommended to my friends. Well done Swell Resort !

We arrived late and couldn't get in easy. So poorly managed after hours the could be much more better if they send you an email before arrival explaining how to get to the parking how to get to the apartment maybe a map will be ideal ... I will stay again as we know our way now ......

Great apartment ,bedroom with spa and roof terrace.Great views over beach,ideal location on the Sunshine Coast.

When I arrived for check in,the counter staff couldn't speak enough English to understand my questions or process my booking and I was passed on to another. Everyone made a point of how bad their day had been which is fine when a guest is embarking on their stay. My main concern was the traffic noise, the glass sliding door to the deck seemed to be double glazed but the bedroom lacked the same sound deadening quality. This made sleep almost impossible during the night and having to shut out the salt air and sunlight during the day for noise was a little depressing. The room itself was wonderfully finished with all the mod cons we could have desired and the view ( ocean view ) was lovely, however this was not enough to outway the noise.

The convenient location and the great room (other than the bed). The room was spacious and everything we needed was there.

The bed was uncomfortable as it was two single beds joined together and the join was raised and hard and made speeping as a couple difficult.

One bed suite was a good size and had everything you needed in it.

As with many properties, if you don't arrive when the reception is open it can be difficult to find keys, room etc. Map of building lacked detail and references, especially for those in building 2. There was no signage.

Fantastic resort, very well run, fantastic staff were very welcoming, great location in Burleigh, walk to everything, stayed in quite spacious pool courtyard apartment which was very quiet and easy to sleep, foxtel on tv was a great bonus, can't wait to go back, thumbs up for sure....

Handy for our purposes

Reception closing at 5pm Fri Getting around the complex - so many confusing ways to follow Being told we needed to register when we were out for the day then doing it over the phone then being asked for credit card details again on departure.

The central location was convenient. Superb ocean view from the room & the pool area. Excellent facilities for the price. Modern Devore is appealing. Great value for money.

The bathroom had mould stains & the inside part of the toilet needs bleaching as it is stained. The bed & pillows were a little hard. The option of security screens to sleep with the outdoor breeze would be ideal as I don't like the use of an air conditioning system that circulates air from the other rooms-the cleaning of this system concerns me. So having the option of fresh air would make my stay there more comfortable.

walking distance to beach and shops

Staff were very accommodating of all our requests. The room was nice and it is in a good location within walking distance to most things.

It was a little expensive and doesn't have room service. Also didn't provide any extra bedding (I.e pillows or blankets)

Spacious room extra towels were available if needed free parking easy to find

Resort was modern and had good facilities and good security.

Beds in apartment was terrible. Never had a good night's sleep.
