Very Clean. Quite small and dated rooms, not nearly as modern as pictures would indicate. Hotel Breakfast expensive, and fairly ordinary for the price.

Good location, close to shops and a short walk to Darling Harbour. Spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed. Extra large bathroom. A little expensive for what is really just a room. Some of the fittings in the room were broken and a bit battered. The room fittings could use an upgrade. It lacked that luxurious feeling in some ways.

Hotel is well positioned in the middle of the city. Easy access to shops & restaurants. Just a 10 min walk to Circular Quay. We had a Classic King room but it was very average. The bathroom was spacious but the bedroom was not. It certainly didn't look like the room shown in the photo. Also the curtains do not block out the morning light. Biggest disappointment was the lack of tv channels and no radio. The tv had less than half of the free-to-air channels programmed so on the weekend there was very little apart from sport & news. Even if we wanted to use the pay-per-view channel it wasn't working and one of the 2 radio channels was also not working. We'd hoped for a relaxing weekend in a 5 star hotel - didn't get it.

The hotel was excellent (location, staff, value for money) One of my favourite parts was the breakfast to go - a bargain at $7.50 for a barista made coffee, a pastry and a big tub of fruit salad. The bar staff were also great, we had missed the March special Lindt cocktail, but the staff very kindly made us some very tasty cocktails (not on the menu) to suit our tastes.

Location Lots of things that weren't upto scratch. Lights flickered on and off Bedside light wouldn't turn off. Had to unscrew it Needed to correct staff on the inclusion of breakfast in my rate, twice. Stains on the furniture...top end suite price Room key failed for both myself & partner

Very little unfortunately, however the professionalism & service offered by the concierge team was a standout. Well done guys. False advertising, we were not provided the room sold on bookings.com. (No coffee machine/no 24 inch tv/no 34 square meter room). Overcharged for parking on advertised price. Reception staff were unorganised & difficult to deal with. When we identified problems with our room, staff did not action their offers to rectify. I very rarely complain about anything however the hotels response (or lack of)to my concerns ended causing more frustration than the complaint itself.
