The service personnel were very welcoming and helpful. It was pleasant to be remembered when one came and went especially with so many visitors. |

Very quick and easy check in and out The bar closed just as the Show across the road finished. They could have stayed open for another half an hour. |

What was needed was provided. Trying to find the way in when teh Conciege desk was untended - no signs to say how to get to Reception on the 8th Floor.... Staff need to point out where the house lifts are too (after check-in)... |

It's location in regards to shopping, dining and visiting local attractions was great, also the pillow menu in your room was a good touch. The gym facilities, change rooms and steam rooms were a bit average |

yeh though the tv could be better without the lines and thought the drinks in the fridge were why over priced and think the coke and soft drinks should be free, and l think if you are staying in your hotel the parking of the car should be free |

Good location. Very poor allocation of rooms. In 3 days, I had 4 rooms. Room 1, across from an very busy and noisy building site, room 2, next to very noisy ice machine, room 3 back at the building site. Thankfully room 4 was good, which I got on my last night, and too late to have made this an enjoyable experience. Not 5 star quality, and beware of the building site if you value your sleep. |

Accessible. Concierge staff are very good, they always give good advice. Operator - Poor service when handling requests. Housekeeping - Not up to standard. They are not performing well in certain areas - I found milk stains on the glass which meant they haven't cleaned them!! That's not acceptable. |

was not impressed with the service at all we came down to breakfast the first morning and all the hot food was cold we told the resturant staff but nothing was done. we then told reception staff.next morning the breakfast was hot but i found a long hair in my mushrooms.i showed this to the staff. on the third morning we went down to breakfast to find the hot food cold again.please note that on no occasion did any staff apologize. |

Space, quiet Suana and steam room in spa took ages to warm up. Breakfast seemed chaotic as 4/6 times found person to meet and greet when arrived. |
