discount for staying 2 nights and the central location.

i would never stay there for a "luxury experience" . the staff are polite, but the room decor is not inspiring or luxurious and thre is none of the excitement about the hotel that comes with a five star. in contrast, we went to glass brasseries for breakfst on the sunday - the place was humming like a hive with activity and you felt pretty good about walking in the moment that you did. i know you are limited in what you can offer downstirs, but at the moment the entrance looks and feels like a cloakroom - it should be a bit more impressive than that , and you have the ability to have a gorgeous little space , use street appeal , be very exclusive and inviting with beautiful flowers and mirrors and a fabulous fitout to make people think, gosh i would like to stay there.... but what you do, you do very well.

Excellent service for couple with two young children, highly recommend staying at this hotel. Staff both courteous & helpful at all times.

Nice location nearby Sydney tower. Room is neat and clean.

Lobby located at 8th floor. The customer has to take lift first and take another lift to his room.

We loved the location of the hotel. And it also was a very child friendly place to stay.

I was extremely impressed with the service from staff. As our room was not ready in time staff went out of their way to offer complimentary services. We also really enjoyed that we could use the pool facilities prior to our room being ready as the main reason I booked this motel was because of its beautiful outdoor pool and we wanted to have a relaxing day in the sun before our evening show we were going to. It was absolutely beautiful. I also thought the express check out was great so that I didn't have to queue up for check out. Thank you

Upgraded us to a very nice and large room! Great location and the concierge was excellent! Enjoyed the outdoor pool which is rare in the city. Nice place for the price.

Didn't clean room one day and didn't do the coffee service once.....had to call for coffee, cups,cream, sugar, etc. which came very late.

Location was fantastic. Very clean and tidy. Very inviting.

Meals were a little expensive for what they were.

Brilliant staff. Truly friendly and could not do enough for us. Reception person who checked us in was exceptional. Breakfast buffet is fantastic quality. Location gives you the best of Sydney within 15 minutes walk.

How friendly the staff was, and how comfortable the room was.

Breakfast time was somewhat caotic. Coffee was horrible for a hotel of that calibre. But the positives outweighed the negatives. I will return.

Nice and close to darling harbour. Spa was nice. Valet parking staff were excellennt.

The bed was uncomfortable, not supportive, too bouncy when one person rolled over disturbed the other. The television didnt work and when we are for it to be fixed at 9pm, no one came to fix it. When we arrived home 1am still not working. We were very disappointed. The steam room was broken, hot water just pouring out on the floor.
