close to airport for either flying out or meeting someone arriving on a early flight.Room good food good entrance was looking a bit tired and dark and dusty carpark same. missed getting the newspaper delivered to room and wondered why no flights times shown anywhere as it is called an Airport Hotel was shocked to have to pay $10 for bottle water |

It's convenience to the International airport It took almost 30 minutes to check in as my given name and family name had been reversed at the booking stage with your company and they were unable to find the booking |

Access to the airport. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. Need to replace threadbare carpet at lift lobby. Decoris dated and tired. |

It's location.......quiet and restful atmosphere.....and easy to find location. Though we had a non smoking room on a non smoking floor, in the early hours of the morning cigarette smoke could be smelt in the room.......probably via the ventilation fans. |

Very nice staff, clean room, comfortable bed and quiet room for sleeping. The price of shuttle from the airport to the hotel and then back. |

Proximity to the airport, nice and comfortable room. Transfer to the airport even in early morning - the first transfer from the Hotel to the airport leaves at 5.00 a.m. I was lucky to get a taxi that brought someone to the Hotel, as I had to be at the airport at 4.00 a.m. The restaurant should be opened at least up to 22.00. |

It was very nice and tidy, with good access to the local train station to get into town. We enjoyed it.. We used room service and the food was cold when we got it..Not every time! |

Nothing especial (may be the bed was very good) During the check in and out there are very much people and the staff in not friendly. The most important it is the nearly with the airports. |

It was very convenient being so close to the airport. I thought the breakfast was very average, and they could improve their coffee, my wife couldn't drink hers. |

Not much Accommodation very tired. High cost low value. Food terrible . No porter service for international stopover an embarrassment. One of the worst hotels in my experience. |

Staff were friendly and organised. Free shuttle to airport was handy and on time. Room was a little outdated. I thought the charges were rather steep, given that breakfast was not included. |

It was convenient to the airport and was on special offer Could not drive in - I had to walk from the pavement. I had to change rooms as the TV didn`t work |

Pleasant staff at check in. Breakfast. No recall of your previous use of hotel. Paid for King deluxe and got same room as I got when I paid for a standard room. Shower was just a trickle at 5am in the morning! No apology from staff when we complained. A total rip off of my money. |
