ホテルは、良かったが、フロントで頼んだタクシーに、ぼられた。市内まで５５ドルも取られた。メーターの金- 額は３８ドルだったのに、デブで大きな運転手が恐そうに、「５５ドル」とだけ言って、黙っていたので、しょ- うがなく払ったが、最悪である。どこかに訴えられないものかと思う。フロントで、タクシーをチェックして欲- しい。 The hotel was good. However, it got the taxi in the reception desk. In the taxi, unreasonable money was demanded. The amount of money of the meter was 38 dollars. However, it was said, only "55 dollars" a big driver's in fat person being scared. There is no other way ,it is the worst because it kept silent though paid. I do not think the appeal somewhere. |

close to airport for either flying out or meeting someone arriving on a early flight.Room good food good entrance was looking a bit tired and dark and dusty carpark same. missed getting the newspaper delivered to room and wondered why no flights times shown anywhere as it is called an Airport Hotel was shocked to have to pay $10 for bottle water |

It's convenience to the International airport It took almost 30 minutes to check in as my given name and family name had been reversed at the booking stage with your company and they were unable to find the booking |

Proximity to airport. I was born, went to school, grew-up and worked in Arncliffe - Marsh St paper-run (whilst at school), Merco tyre & rubber company Gertrude St (whilst at Uni). Great trip dow "memory lane" |

Access to the airport. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. Need to replace threadbare carpet at lift lobby. Decoris dated and tired. |

It's location.......quiet and restful atmosphere.....and easy to find location. Though we had a non smoking room on a non smoking floor, in the early hours of the morning cigarette smoke could be smelt in the room.......probably via the ventilation fans. |

Proximity to the airport, nice and comfortable room. Transfer to the airport even in early morning - the first transfer from the Hotel to the airport leaves at 5.00 a.m. I was lucky to get a taxi that brought someone to the Hotel, as I had to be at the airport at 4.00 a.m. The restaurant should be opened at least up to 22.00. |

It was very nice and tidy, with good access to the local train station to get into town. We enjoyed it.. We used room service and the food was cold when we got it..Not every time! |

Nothing especial (may be the bed was very good) During the check in and out there are very much people and the staff in not friendly. The most important it is the nearly with the airports. |

Not much Accommodation very tired. High cost low value. Food terrible . No porter service for international stopover an embarrassment. One of the worst hotels in my experience. |

Staff were friendly and organised. Free shuttle to airport was handy and on time. Room was a little outdated. I thought the charges were rather steep, given that breakfast was not included. |
