I liked the location of the hotel and the generous size of the rooms. Staff were not friendly. They rarely smiled and did not make you comfortable. |

It is convenient to the shopping arcade, convention center, and Darling Harbour activities. My room also had a stunning view of the harbour, convention center/complex, and Sydney skyline. This view was particularly stunning at night. Breakfast buffet too high priced. |

We found the hotel had good access to the city, feries, and food outlets. There was some disruptive noise from nearby rooms. Whilst parking was available, we considered it on the expensive side, not having corporate expense accounts. |

I liked the location of the hotel, close to shopping, monorail, metro and all the restaurants and bars at the harbour. |

Your willingness to allow us to book into our room immediately on arrival even though it was only 8.30am on the day. We had come off a long flight and we appreciated this flexibility on your part. Our room was clean and comfortable. We felt that hotel staff were struggling to cope at times in providing breakfast. Staff struggled to keep the supply of food matching demand. However the staff were always courteous and helpful. |

zentrale Lage Zimmer in typischem Novotel-Charme, etwas unpersönlich und mit nicht allzu viel Platz, aber o.k., ein bisschen teuer dafür |
