Ummm nothing but disappointments.

Room was full of Mosquitos, we stayed 4 nights after our 1st night we asked for some clean towels, to our surprise was told that we cant have clean towels due to accommodations towels policy can only get clean towels after 4 days for a 4 stars it's a joke.. Bed was not made the whole time we stayed, never go there again. Be better off at the Novotel Rooty Hill for an extra $30 dollars..

New and clean, good size en suite very good communal area.

Room a little small but quite nice.

Easy late check in with no hassles.

Kids bedroom blinds didn't close and was very in the morning.

Good sized private unit. Close to Parklea Markets and Blacktown Quite country like location.

Reception hours too short and no after hours help except public emergency numbers No hot water on arrival. No restaurant or snack bar on site, Supermarket 3 KM No reliable taxi service and, unable to get taxis for the area easily No emergency maintenance people available after hours No phones or phone book in the units.

It was a good place to stay. Would like to have had more time to use the great facilities available. Staff very pleasant & helpfull.

I hadn't realised when booking that it was a 'caravan park' & was a bit disgruntled when I realised. However the rooms & staff were good standard & we were happy to stay there. It would be nice if these places had a restaurant or at least a shop to buy bread/milk etc.

Position, price, environment, shared facilties, newness.

Had no laptop but in order to use their computer in the shared room I would have had to pay $5 per hour (I think it was). Too expensive, too long for just checking emails. Should be a free service nowadays.
