Entrance and lobby is impressive. Staff were helpful to change our first room which was to small to a larger non smoking. Food quality and variety was excellent at the luch buffet. Good facilities for business meeting. Rooms and hallways decor very old, needing an update. Service was to slow at dinner service and at the bar. |

The position is fantastic so close to everything ,sitting in the club lounge, the bar staff were great. Use of the gym. The room really needs to be freshened up, looked like half of the bathroom had been done, the shower was a disgrace the mould was terrible. Our first day of room cleaning was a surprise as the bed was only half made with the pillows still on the chair, which was in the middle of the room, the tv unit still left open , clean towels were left but the wet ones still in the bathroom. So I am not too sure what happened was she interupted then forgot to come back? |

I was disappointed that the room I thought I had booked was not available. I was disappointed I was not told breakfast was included in the second nights stay. I was diappointed that the staff were unable to compensate in some way for my inconvenience. For that reason I would not stay there again. |

Location is excellent, price was good and service was adequate. Staff could have been more personable and rise beyond adequate levels. One particular concierge was in fact rather grumpy. |

The front desk staff were excellent. We were given a room with a view of the opera house which was breath taking. Location great and first class service from the moment you enter to leaving. |

The breakfast is excellent & is a great location! It is expensive & nothing is free! A member of staff in the adjoining public house owned by the hotel suggested a MacDonalds meal when we were refused a evening meal within 5 minutes of last orders! |

I found the hotel staff to be very helpful and courteous and, in particular, to be of a very high standard in going out of their way to make me feel special. |

When i checked into the room, there were rubbish (food) on the floor. and the baby cot supplied were flimsy and the interlocking part of the cot is not stable, and it did not come with a mattress. That is the reason we stayed one night only for a booking of 5 nights. |
