The best hostel ever.

I didnt expect luggage storage needs to cost extra. It's pricy too.

Location, interest (over archaeological site), view.

No TV, phone, radio, clock, comfy chairs or fridge in room; having to take sheets down to reception with luggage when checking out;

perfect location for a first timer to Sydney

It was extremely clean and new. I didn't expect that clean actually. I was surprised about that when I opened the room and had a look at the bathroom. People I shared a room with were all nice and friendly people.

My room card to open the door didn't really work. I sometimes had to swipe 30 times to open the door... Same problem had been happening to other packpackers

I enjoyed the whole experiance & the features of the hotel.

i like the common area and the kitchen of the hostel.

you need to climb the stairs before getting in the hostel area.

The space and facilities. the views especially from the roof.. and accessiblity to Sydney and all it's interesting places. Helpful staff at all hours. spacious kitchen well organised and kept hygienic.

Location is excellent! Very helpful staff! Perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in sydney! We would absolutely recommend this place and will be coming back!

Great position in the Rocks within easy reach of everything. Interesting historical site. Had double ensuite room which had everything we needed. Enjoyed the roof terrace views and the bbq, which was good value at 7 dollars. Lockers for storing luggage, where you could also charge up your devices, were easy to use.

The location was perfect really central and close to the main attractions. The hostel was clean comfortable and the staff were really helpful. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Very family friendly. I was travelling alone with my 9 year old son and this hostel was the perfect choice for us, the staff were great with my son and it felt safe and welcoming.

Nothing it was all great. Maybe a early movie for kids would have been nice.

Near Circular Quay, Opera House, bridge... all in walking distance. Very easy to get bus or train. I suggest to buy weekly pass... it works very well.

Location near many urban amenities, historic sites, cultural opportunities, scenic splendor, restaurant facilities, and transportation (once one figures out how to get there). Staff most accommodating and knowledgeable.

This is not a dislike but, rather, a suggestion. It would be helpful to have a better explanation of how to get there -- by foot, by bus, by private car -- from train, bus, and air facilities.

Excellent location from which to explore Sydney. Much more affordable than hotels in the area.

Great location, nice design, superb views from the roof terrace and our double room

Messy kitchen and dining area (probably because the hostel was full on Saturday). We stayed for two nights, but we only managed to book a double room for the second night and we had to stay in a four-bed dorm for the first night. The double room was really nice, but in the dorm we felt like we were in a prison cell. Beware there are no towels in the dorm, but you can rent one (weird!). Luckily the receptionist helped us to move directly to the double room next morning, so we didn't have to wait til 2 pm

Very high standard, very good value for money, perfect location

location was very good, even though you have to climb up to the rocks. next to two train stations, only about 10 mins walk to there. and most of my roommate are very nice to talk.

i did book 5 nights in 4 mix room. but they only keep 3 night for me. so i have to change to 6 female door again. it is very unreasonable. they try to ask me to choose another YHA in Sydney...WIFI and locker have to be paid.

Beautiful site. Good facilities. Friendly atmosphere. Great service.
