Only it was close to our venue. The servie was poor, the room door was not sealed properly so it sounded like a storm was about to come through the door so much so the man hole in the room kept lifting up & down by itself. Breakfast was 1 hour late & cold!

We got an upgrade to an excellent room with balcony and extra's Room service took a while, and we were almost charged for using the mini bar - when we did not take anything. Also Parking was $5 more than surrounding carparks.

location over priced, little choce in dinner menu in resterant and extremerly over priced, my daughter book a room for 1 night and was given a free dinner for 2 and a free breakfast for 2 and we booked 3 nights, payed nealy $100 more a night for the same size room and got nothing eles offered.

It is a convenient place for the short stay we had due to accessibility to public transport when we went to the city, while it is so close to the venue where we intend to watch a concert. Although we got held-up when we checked-in as there is no family room available at the time of checking-in, the staff and her manager at the front receiption were very accommodating. The room was a bit of a squeeze but was comfortable enough and very clean.

My daughter had to be at the Sports Centre for 2 days so it was very convenient to stay at the Novotel as we could walk to and from the venue. Mainly the stay was good but on both nights we could hear the people in the room next to us. As far as I know there were no parents sharing the room with them so it was just teenage girls - there was music and giggling.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil , l'ambiance familiale nous a plu , nous reviendrons . Le soir au dîner , j'ai mangé une sole , elle était très bonne , je regrette seulement qu'elle n'était pas < Meunière > c'est à dire nappée d'une sauce de beurre cru fondu , persil haché , et parsemée de lamelles d'amandes , accompagnée de petites pomme de terre cuites vapeur .......essayez c'est délicieux

The reception staff had a great attitude and extremely helpful. It also provided access to the Aquatic Centre which was great if you had the time to make use of it. The rooms were also very comfortable. The showers were poorly designed and water flowed out of the recess to the bathroom floor area. The cleaning of the room was average. The restaurant found it challenging to cater for a 'full house'.

部屋がキレイで１３階だったので眺めが良かった。 歯ブラシがなかったので購入しました。アメニティであればいいと思います。 連泊したのですが、バスルームの清掃がされてなかったようでした。 髪の毛が残ったままになっていた。

That it is located less than 100m to the ANZ Stadium and the rooms were very luxurious and comfortable. The rooms were a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I loved that the hotel was so closely located to the Acer Arena and is very accessible to concert events. I hated the beds. They were saggy and I ended up with a stiff neck which remained with me for 3 days after the stay. The room was not really maintained very well with the curtains being broken also. I heard other people complain about the state of repair of their rooms.
