My daughter had to be at the Sports Centre for 2 days so it was very convenient to stay at the Novotel as we could walk to and from the venue. Mainly the stay was good but on both nights we could hear the people in the room next to us. As far as I know there were no parents sharing the room with them so it was just teenage girls - there was music and giggling.

I loved that the hotel was so closely located to the Acer Arena and is very accessible to concert events. I hated the beds. They were saggy and I ended up with a stiff neck which remained with me for 3 days after the stay. The room was not really maintained very well with the curtains being broken also. I heard other people complain about the state of repair of their rooms.

Room and view to Olympic park from a window Quite expensive. Hallways in the room’s area look very old and it’s not something you’d expect to see once you’ve paid $300 for a night.

On the Novotel website it said parking was $15per car for underground parking. We arrived at the venue and all signs were covered with simple white paper saying $25. The guy standing at the boom gate then said its $25 today for parking. Then we went to check in and the guest services lady said that will be $35 for parking per car. Now I understand that it was Australia Day and Big Day Out but the fact is prices should not be changed for parking due to the volume of people staying in the hotel or the event on that particular day. Paying for parking is already ridiculous as it should be included within the room rate. I found the varying prices and the price hike for parking on one particular day absolutely unfair.

部屋がキレイで１３階だったので眺めが良かった。 歯ブラシがなかったので購入しました。アメニティであればいいと思います。 連泊したのですが、バスルームの清掃がされてなかったようでした。 髪の毛が残ったままになっていた。

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil , l'ambiance familiale nous a plu , nous reviendrons . Le soir au dîner , j'ai mangé une sole , elle était très bonne , je regrette seulement qu'elle n'était pas < Meunière > c'est à dire nappée d'une sauce de beurre cru fondu , persil haché , et parsemée de lamelles d'amandes , accompagnée de petites pomme de terre cuites vapeur .......essayez c'est délicieux
