The staff were friendly, welcoming and happy to assist. The room suited us perfectly and the location was great. Easy to have a good time when these things are in place-thanks.

The staff were excellent. Particulary the receptionist who dealt with me on arrival and the 2 conceirege who ensured I got to the airport on time for my flight when I had made a mistake with the time. They calmly organised my luggage, taxi, checkout and phoning Qantas ahead to ensure I had every chance of getting my flight which I did thanks to them. I would like to commend them for a staff award if you could advise what I need to do. Thanks.

Staff were really good, friendly and attentitive. Nice modern foyer, close to transport, good carparking and easy to access. Room was basic, ac did not work, had it on all night and made no difference apart from noise. It was not a warm night but the room was very stuffy. Not happy at paying so much for parking, it almost added 30% to the overall cost. Cheaper parking is always an attractive point.

Excellent value for money, friendly and helpfull staff. Great location for travellers esp because its a short walk to central station and the bus station is on the front porch. Enjoyed our stay so much.

The ease of check in & out, overall cleanliness. As I have stayed some years previous I was Pleasantly surprised to see that while it had a friendly familiarity It still had that new feel about it. Overall a great place to stay. Not one single complaint.

All good Some advice about options for travel from the airport would have been helpful. (We booked a shuttle on line and it turned out to be very unreliable.) It would have been good to know that the train was so easy to catch. Wifi too expensive to use

clean and quiet, good value for my budget, not too far from city center, good respons with problems of cleaning in the toilets. I had to call for cleaning around toilets as it was dirty around it and on the wall as well.

Staff were friendly and efficient Little things weren't great - there was no mini bar menu in my room and the breakfast order form from the previous night's guests had not been replaced with a new one. I think it was overpriced for a very average hotel.

The location of Mercure Sydney From the time I stepped through the front door , the service from all the staff, including the Duty Manager's superb, and I thank them all, for a brief, but wonderful stay! See you all next Year. Suzanne

Location. Very close to train, bus stations. And also very close to my favorite shopping and food restaurants. We checked in fast midnight on anzac day. And the next morning at 8.45am, someone just went in to our room!!! Oh my god that was so terrible. Not even a budget hotel does that. I can't think of any reason why. Coz it is not even housekeeping time yet. And when I told reception, she said she will get back to me but never heard from her again. Seriously, the only reason I will stay there again is if I pay $130 a night. Other than that very dissappointed.

Location is very convenient The Concierge staff on duty when we arrived was very friendly and helpful about somewhere to eat - Room quality vs room rate was very poor - for $260+ a night I would expect a lot more for my money... bathroom very outdated and minimalist - We asked for different pillows and were told they had run out - ordered the airport shuttle which didnt show and then the Concierge had to organise a taxi instead at the last minute and I only just made the flight & the Concierge was very grumpy about having to do so

Very handy to all public transport. The first room we were given had very noisy air conditioner, to the point where it was difficult to sleep. They agreed to change us to a different room the next night, which was good.

Friendly helpful staff. The air conditioning / hair drier and a couple of sockets did not work in our room. I informed staff of these problems. I paid for three people but no provision was made for the third person - I had to ask for a cup glass and towel - not a big deal but a niggle when I was paying for that person. The worst thing was the car parking that I had to pay - $99 for 3 days - these was not clear when I made the booking and it felt like an insult at the end of my stay. I would definately think twice about staying there again.

The staff were excellent in every way, without exception, so courteous and went out of their way to help. I was so impressed. Very good value - gym was great for the children. Location was excellent for visitors to Sydney - close to everything. When we arrived, room was a little dusty, but after being serviced on the second day, was spotless.

The hotel is very comfortable and the atmosphere pleasant. The staff, especially the concierge, were very helpful and friendly. It is located at a very convenient place for guests to move around the city. I would want to stay at Mercure again, given an opportunity in the future. Well done and Congrats. Nothing in particular, all went well !.
