We would never stay at this hotel again there was no mini bar or bar in the hotel only a smart card which meant we had to access the smart bar outside of our room - at check in we were not told of this or offered a card. There were not adequate towels for our stay and we had to ask for these. The room was overpriced for what was a small room wuth limited services and sub standard service. We would never stay at this hotel again See above The only good thing was the location |

I thought the smart mini bars were a good idea it saves the hassle of the reception people asking what you used The ease of check in by not havinf to fill in any extra forms when the motel has all your details any way |

The best thing about our stay was the friendly staff. Everyone was approachable, helpful and seemed to be genuinely concerned about our well being. By the time we paid for parking it was quite expensive for a basic room. |

The hotel is located next to Central bus and train station, making travel to all parts of Sydney very convenient. 20 minutes walk from Victoria Harbour and half an hour to Circular Quay. The room was not equipped with a baby cot as requested during the booking process. The housekeeping appeared to be lacking throughout. The room and bathroom were not properly cleaned/made up, with too few or torn towels supplied on several occasions. The pool requires a good clean - evident from the black marks on the tiled edges. |

the location was convenient. I didn't like the television menu and the remote control that came with it. It appeared as though it was designed to insist on my ordering a movie. The remote control's buttons were also layed out in a way to suggest that actual television watching was not the primary purpose. The internet should also be free. |
