Beds were comfortable. Good selection at breakfast - although breakfast room very crowded on occasions. Bathroom was rather basic. Fairly long walk into the centre of town (although fairly convenient for China Town restaurants) |

the staff where good....extra cot in room for a child, at no extra charge.There was an excellent resturant at the hotel,where prices where fair. the coffee and sugar was not replaced daily.....From a 5yr old's point off view, and to his dissappointment..there was no cartoon network or channel on the t.v. |

I really enjoyed the pool/gym/spa - great lookout from the rooftop and not too busy! I was initially put in a room with an adjoining door to the next room. The noise level was unacceptable but the management moved me to a new room without complaint. |

SHould not charge hotel customer for parking, internet should be free considering all these are included in cheaper hotel. Internet said this room comes with good view, but all we got was a run down building view. We told the staff we only need parking for 2 days, and they still validate the ticket for 4 days and tried to charge us the whole stay. We end up have to explain the whole situation but get some patronise responses. |

Your concierge service was impeccable. The staff overall were good but the concierge desk went to great lengths to ensure we were satisfied while juggling a busy foyer area or dead of night. Please pass on our appreciation. The bathrooms do need upgrade, however, on return visit we would think of upgrading. |

Friendliness of all the staff.Check in and out: functional and concern for customers shows.Willing to correct any misunderstandings the shower heads in the bathroom. Need to be more flexible and thicker spouts of water with a greater directional area served. |

Swimming pool for the kids and gym and to have time of work Lots of calls were made over a hour for towels to the pool area by various customers but no one came for a long time. |

Excellent location ner central station including access to airpoirt train Incompetent staff (lost booking), diurty rooms, equipment such as hairdryer not working, cistern leaking, so called smart bar not usable. Would not recommend - planty of better options around. |
