En lineas generales bien, camas grandes, cobraron la estancia, al poco de hacer la reserva, en parte mejor asi no tienes que llevar tanto dinero ó pagar con la tarjeta.

La ambilidad del personal.La ubicación es buena, en el limite de la zona turistica, y bien comunicado por transporte publico.

No facilitaban adaptadores de corriente. La piscina cubierta, que era una de las cosas que nos hizo escoger este hotel, estaba fria. Cambio de divisas muy desfavorable, preferible hacerlo fuera del hotel. Esperabamos algún detalle por parte del hotel al haber comunicado que era viaje de novios y estabamos 3 noches. Recomendaría el hotel pero explicando esos inconvenientes.

only chose this place because it is close to the train station, we only stayed 1 night but i would come back and stay again for sure. the indoor pool and gym was awesome.

Location, desk people, valet and room service were all outstanding.

Wonderful location! Easy to get there from the airport or to the airport by train.

Really poor lighting in the room - I could not read nor would I have been able to do any work by the light.

Mecure Sydney met my internet choice criteria and location search. It did not fall into my first choice for location and facilities, but booking pressure and price determined my acceptance. i was very happy with my choice from a location point of view. the room was clean and adequate, however, the lighting was very poor except for the bathroom.

I had to use the desk lamp as my bedside lamp and had to request an additional bed side lamp for a friend how joined me for part of my stay with Mercure. Mecure George St's lobby entrance is concealed in a lane that has no activation. Signage, advertised address as Little Regent Street (or Lane) would assist one to know where one is prior to attempting to enter the hotel. The transport hub that the hotel is located in is a great selling point, however Mecure aren't helpful in having their location easily identifyable. Please advertise your address as Little Regent Street/Lane.

The location was great - right next to Central station and easy to get around the city and elsewhere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

The pool was small and an odd shape and it was difficult to swim in if there were more than two people in it. Having said that it was never very busy.

Cleanliness, and presentation of whole hotel. Easiness and quick check in/ check out process.

The concierge and reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make things as easy for us as possible.

Your WiFi policy is exasperating and is the probably the main factor in us not returning. Charging $5 for a mere 30 minutes of access is exorbitant, and to make that access only available on the first and second floors adds insult to injury. Easy, cheap, fast internet access is, these days, almost as much a necessity as electricity and running water. Make it readily available, reasonably priced, always on and accessible from the guests' rooms and you'll be onto a winner. If your concern is for excessive bandwidth usage, simply place a daily limit on bandwidth for each guest. The other fly in the ointment at an otherwise excellent establishment is the abundance of smokers standing right outside your hotel in the drop off and pickup area. Each time we wanted to leave the hotel with our two small children (one still in a stroller), we had to take them through a carcinogenic cloud of smoke. This really spoiled our stay. Please, as much as possible, get rid of the smokers at your entranceways and do your non-smoking guests a wonderful favour.

The location of the hotel is excellent for both train and bus travel. Darling Harbour a beatiful location was within walking distance with Sydney Harbour within reach for those who dont mind the extra leg work. All of the staff were superb and very helpful. Once the surrounding building work is complete the location will be even more pleasing to the eye. Totally satisfied with our short but memorable visit to Sydney.
