L'équipement de la Chambre de luxe : spacieuse, belle vue (avant dernier étage), calme. Personnel compétent; petit déjeuner : très bon. Son placement près de la gare centrale; l'arrêt de bus au pied de l'hotel. |

L'emplacement de l'hôtel il est juste au pied de central park (arrêt de bus central) et au pied de la gare centrale. Il est situé à environ 15 minutes à pied de Darling Harbourg. A notre arrivée à l'hôtel nous avons présenté notre document de réservation, et là nous apprenons que nous devons payer 700 dollars de plus pour nos deux enfants alors que sur le site booking il est écrit noir sur blanc que les enfants de moins de 16 ans peuvent bénéficier de la literie présente dans la chambre des parents or dans notre cas nous avions opté pour une chambre supérieure avec lit... |

L'efficacite et la gentillesse du personnel non pas de la reception mais de ce qu'ils appellaient conciergerie, en charge des bagages, informations diverses, shuttles... Des draps troués, pas changés même si tachés, traces a priori de rouge à lèvres(pas le mien, je n'en avais pas)sur une taie d'oreiller et une serviette de toilette qui avaient soi disant été changées. Manque de gel douche qu'il a fallu réclamer à 2 reprises. |

I booked and payed for a room (non refundable) that was not available by the time I checked in/ I was given tow options: 1- take a non smoking room with single bed. 2- take the queensize bed-room but in smoking floor. Also I was told if I wanted another room according to my reservation I had to pay an upgrade. I was tired by the time to discuss and I took the stincky room. All facilities did not corresponde with the pictures of facilities at all, Quite old and looked dirty. |

Excellent facilities the ease of booking transport to and from hotel was very good and made the stay a lot less stressfull overall excellent staff and accomodation No fried or poached eggs on the breakfast buffet |

The air conditioning was very good, The bathroom was dirty. When I booked I specificily asked for secure parking for my motor Cycle, a Harley Davidson valued at over $80,000 I was told there was good parking with security. |

The staff was helpful and in comparison to other hotels the pricing was good. Good location. The room we booked and paid for was not avaliable upon arrival so had to stay in a room that stank of smoke and the cleaning lady was intrusive. |
