I booked and payed for a room (non refundable) that was not available by the time I checked in/ I was given tow options: 1- take a non smoking room with single bed. 2- take the queensize bed-room but in smoking floor. Also I was told if I wanted another room according to my reservation I had to pay an upgrade. I was tired by the time to discuss and I took the stincky room. All facilities did not corresponde with the pictures of facilities at all, Quite old and looked dirty. |

Excellent facilities the ease of booking transport to and from hotel was very good and made the stay a lot less stressfull overall excellent staff and accomodation No fried or poached eggs on the breakfast buffet |

Close to all facilities & transport, comfortable and good service. TV on an angle - not easy to watch from the bed. No exhaust fan (or it did not work) in bathroom |

The air conditioning was very good, The bathroom was dirty. When I booked I specificily asked for secure parking for my motor Cycle, a Harley Davidson valued at over $80,000 I was told there was good parking with security. |

The location of the hotel, the reception staff, the esay access to trains and eateries There were no slippers or bathrobes as the advert said and the pool was freezing. |

The staff was helpful and in comparison to other hotels the pricing was good. Good location. The room we booked and paid for was not avaliable upon arrival so had to stay in a room that stank of smoke and the cleaning lady was intrusive. |

close to central railway station and shops although I liked the room, it was a bit stuffy and smelt like old socks, the bathroom needed a few repairs and it would have been good to have a second chair to sit on. |

I liked the situation of the hotel , buses right outside and train station very nearby, near to chinatown and darling harbour and city centre not too far away to walk to . Staff very friendly and helpful.Room clean and bed so comfortable. Bar was fine and breakfast was fab. |

On arrival to my room I discovered that the bathrobe folded on the bed had wet coffee stains. I was supplied with a new one when I presented the soiled robe to reception, but given that there were two guests in my room, I would have thought it reasonable to be offered an additional robe. |
