I liked the outdoor area, the service of some staff, the convienience of the cafe next door and the location is fine if you like higher priced shopping. I thought the mattress too hard, the bathroom air conditioner too noisey and some of the staff a liitle stand offish. The young woman when i arrived was warm and one older Aussie guy at reception when i left also warm. The younger guys were a little sullen, less appreciative i felt.Overall i considered my first stay adequate but the cost of the morning buffet/breakfast at $20.00 about $8 too much. I ventured further the next morning and found very cxompetitive breakfast prices. My suggestion, lower the price and you would have more clients eating at the cafe. Would recommend with reservations, your column below should have a circle "Yes with reserations.)Yes and no too simplistic. |

The staff were friendly and helpfull, They gave us all the information we needed to get around the city. The room was not up to the standard we expected given the price we paid. There was a smell of urine from the tiolet/shower which only went if we left the extractor fan on. |

The staff were fantastic. Rooms not large but very comfitable and very clean. This is an ideal hotel in a great location for a city break in Sydney. Great value for money. |

Location and reasonable rates, both for accommodation and food at the pub next door. My room overlooked Oxford Street, which was busy and extremely noisy until the early hours. I would stay again, but only if a room on the other side of the hotel (overlooking the garden) were available. |

All staff were friendly and courteous and in my case the connection with the adjacent hotel was excellent for meals and a drink and gamble. The pool garden area is nice and relaxing. Nothing to do with the Hotel but idiot cab drivers who deliver to the wrong 21 Oxford street (apparently there are 3 - how stupid) despite being told it was near St Vincents! |

I thought the staff were terific with their attitude toward the customer, and the restraurants breakfast very good, great coffee and good range of food. I especially liked the fact that I was allowed to keep my baggage in the lock-up for the day while at a conference and all whilst on that day I was booked out. The only real gripe was the shower curtain let water out all over the floor, a solid door would be better and would keep out the water on the floor. Other than that, just internet access in the rooms would be great, and would definitely gain more from business people as they need access to internet. |

Check in was quick and easy. Nice Pub next door for a meal. Close to scg for sporting events. Foxtel in room was nice. Unfortunately no blinds on the window. Very bright street lights outside lit up room while we were trying to sleep. Other than that no probs. |

Having stayed at Sullivans Hotel Sydney on previous occasions, I like the convenience of easy travel to Bondi Junction, Bondi Beach and also the City. Not too far to travel from the airport and staff very friendly. |

Very central to Sydney events, shops etc. We needed a hotel close to St. Vincents hospital at a resonable rate. Although room was small, it was adequate for our stay, and overlooking the garden and pool was very pleasant.Great breakfast! Free car parking was fabulous. |

Great location on Oxford Street. Excellent access buy bus services on Oxford Street. Bed linen could have been changed more frequently I.e twice a week or more rather than just once. All for the recycling of towels but if there were no hand towels supplied, it was no incentive to keep the bath towels as they were used for this purpose too. Minor points for an otherwise outstanding stay at Sullivans |

I loved the location, the helpfulness of the staff, and the fact they have a pool. The room was small but we didn't spend too much time in the room anyway. |
