Excellent location, the Hotel has two different categories of accomodation, one is luxuous, the other simple, but very comfortable. Improve cleaning of the toilet - a small piece of paper was there for 3 days..... |

I booked your Hotel on line and I found you were the only Hotel that offered breakfast in the package. The locality of the Hotel was ideal as being from Melbourne it was so central to all facilities. We had problems with our T.V and the service satff were excellent. Well done! |

Convenient location to city facilities. Concierge extremely helpful using initiative with a difficulty I had with an arrangement of a tour. |

Very comfortable room, with extremely easy access to central Sydney and transport. Nothing really - only the extremely minor irritation of having my phone flash and tell me there was a message for the whole of my stay - there wasn't. I asked at the front desk and rang a couple of times, but it still continued to flash 24/7. The only problem with this was that I wouldn't know if there actually was a message for me and might miss it, as I finally just ignored it. |

The room was large and very comfortable, especially the bed. All the staff were efficient and friendly and we had one outstanding experience with a young concierge, Peter. After a booked tour for my 76yr old mother had been canceled (due to a breakdown), He tirelessly tried to find her another and when this proved difficult, he managed to arrange for her to pick up a tour at its first stop. |

Very central No drawers in room / no safe in room / water splashes out of shower / not enough towels = 2 a day for 2 people is not enough. When you shower in the am and pm you need to use the same towel. |

The Menzies Sydney is good for commuting to the city with Wynard station just across the road. The only reason peoeple should stay is for the location not for substance. The heating was not good in the two rooms i booked.I was told that it is central heating so it was not that "effective".However they kindy got me a heater and a blanket.I thought it was a bit of a rip off when you are paying 150$ a night with the heating not being effective. Also the heater made a lot of noise when i cranked it up, which woke me up several times during the night. |

The most conveniant place to stay to be centrally located to everything your heart desired We were always short on teabags and sugar even after asking the domestic staff and our linen was not changed daily when put on the floor or in the bath |

It was an excellent location and the staff was incredibly helpful. It was not at all stuffy, but instead displayed Australian hospitality at its best. The beds were way too soft. Almost uncomfortably so. |

The pool, friendly concierges, great location. The downstairs bar was closed at weekends. We couldn't take drinks from the lobby bar up to the piano bar. |

I liket the Lobby, it was classy. The Hotel was in the Centrum, actually was this the best. Yes,we had a room with the window going to the back from other houses, so it was very dark and for me personal, gives me panik and Heardbeeting. |

The staff were mostly friendly and welcoming. One of the cleaners, despite of our do not disturb sign wished to know when we would be leaving so she could 'attend' to our room which when we returned looked as if the beds had just been made and nothing else, there was also mould present within the shower and bath area. |
