The staff were all extremely helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with! I found the state of the bathrooms in need of a good update. The grout was dirty and the silicone around the bath was black, the drain in the bath had most of the silver worn off and it was not in a state that I would use. This was extremely poor for the amount we paid. I would be reluctant to stay again unless the hotel rooms had been refurbished. |

Very central to rail and bus station, just a 12 min walk to the harbour area,to Sydney Bridge and opera house.,also a great place to eat is in the underground station ,across from Hotel. i thought that the Breakfast served could be better |

The room was a good size, bright and welcoming. Bathroom was spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Amenities at the hotel are great, especially if you are there for business. Ours was holiday but it was enjoyable and the hotel is well situated for shopping and getting around. There could have been some shower gel in the bathroom (some people do not like to use block soap). When we asked for some towelling robes, they were provided but were not in very nice condition. Minor things that people notice, but not major. |

the hotel was great, the bed magnificent, service at the front desk fast and efficient and rooms clean. It could possibly be a little larger, with table and chairs for 2, to have something to put your food on. |

Public transport of every description right at your front door - but no noise, excellant. Great location - close to cbd, the rocks, so many tourist attractions. Staff seemed very approachable & pleasant - although did not have very much contact with them |

Everything about he Menzies was first class. Concierge extremely helpful 1 female reception staff rather abrupt every time we spoke to hear even though we had no problems especially when we wanted to open our safe deposit box |

Service during checkout was very efficient especially having someone sort out clients in queue; inviting foyer; location. Not being advised on check-in of different wings and access to tenth floor room - this necessitated returning to the foyer to find out how to locate room. |

Actually supplied a good quality green tea not just herbal tea. The lobby gave a nice comfortable feeling. The corridors were very dark and gave a little clostrophoebic feel. |
