El cuarto estaba muy bueno pero había un ruido en la noche que no dejaba dormir

Lo mejor del hotel era la situacion, la habitacion era muy grande.

El cuarto baño era muy pequeño pero lo peor no era el tamaño era que estaba bastante viejo

The location of the hotel was excellent. Although the room allocated to us (1201)was classed as Superior, other than the king sized bed, the room seemed fairly standard. There was a rather noisy water tank and the cleaners conference outside the room at 8am did not allow for a much needed sleep-in.

Central location but quiet rooms

At check-in I was asked to prepay for my booking of 3 nights duration.

The hotel should mention on its website that their standard rooms have no view at all, so the client knows his options. Now we found ourselves in a room which faced a blind wall and felt a bit deceived. The beds were far too soft to be comfortable and the airco difficult to adjust and blowing its cold air straight into the direction of the beds. .

the transportation is really convienent, CBD location and easy to go everywhere.

The l hotel is in ideal location to access any area of interest in Sydney and suburbs. The hotel staffare hospitable and attentive to your needs.

I think you need to refurbish the elevator or lift since the door is noisy when it open or close. I suggest that it is also the time to replace the vinyl flooring of the lift.
