la ubicacion, las habitaciones, el lobby la limpieza no era a diario, , muchas veces no limpiaron el baño ni barrieron la habitacion, solo una vez en los 3 dias alojada. No tiene WiFi en las habitaciones, el acceso a WiFi y a Internet era pago, cuando en hoteles de esa categoria en el resto del mundo es de acceso libre. |

Lo mejor del hotel era la situacion, la habitacion era muy grande. El cuarto baño era muy pequeño pero lo peor no era el tamaño era que estaba bastante viejo |

The location of the hotel was excellent. Although the room allocated to us (1201)was classed as Superior, other than the king sized bed, the room seemed fairly standard. There was a rather noisy water tank and the cleaners conference outside the room at 8am did not allow for a much needed sleep-in. |

Staff were efficient and friendly.Accomodated our need to stay in lobby and store luggage until later in the day Cleanliness remark relates to the back of the bathroom door which was not at all clean - rest was great. Also found a piece of chewing gum stuck to a (clean) towel. (should have said at the time, I know) |

Excellent location with everything at walking distance. Spacious room. Clean. The hotel should mention on its website that their standard rooms have no view at all, so the client knows his options. Now we found ourselves in a room which faced a blind wall and felt a bit deceived. The beds were far too soft to be comfortable and the airco difficult to adjust and blowing its cold air straight into the direction of the beds. . |

The room that I booked through booking.com was not the room that we were given. In fact, it was very much inferior. I will not use booking.com, or the Menzies hotel again. And I will tell my social circle and family the bad experience we had. |

The l hotel is in ideal location to access any area of interest in Sydney and suburbs. The hotel staffare hospitable and attentive to your needs. I think you need to refurbish the elevator or lift since the door is noisy when it open or close. I suggest that it is also the time to replace the vinyl flooring of the lift. |
