The location of the hotel was excellent. Although the room allocated to us (1201)was classed as Superior, other than the king sized bed, the room seemed fairly standard. There was a rather noisy water tank and the cleaners conference outside the room at 8am did not allow for a much needed sleep-in. |

Staff were efficient and friendly.Accomodated our need to stay in lobby and store luggage until later in the day Cleanliness remark relates to the back of the bathroom door which was not at all clean - rest was great. Also found a piece of chewing gum stuck to a (clean) towel. (should have said at the time, I know) |

Bed comfortable & clean. Good location. Loved the pool and spa. Expensive, would have liked a bit better view for the money. Not even a plastic bag in the bins...disgusting and also an oh&s issue |

Excellent location with everything at walking distance. Spacious room. Clean. The hotel should mention on its website that their standard rooms have no view at all, so the client knows his options. Now we found ourselves in a room which faced a blind wall and felt a bit deceived. The beds were far too soft to be comfortable and the airco difficult to adjust and blowing its cold air straight into the direction of the beds. . |

Staff were very friendly and the location was great. They managed to provide an early check in with out any trouble. The room service menu was really not very good. They had no budget meal options. |

The room that I booked through booking.com was not the room that we were given. In fact, it was very much inferior. I will not use booking.com, or the Menzies hotel again. And I will tell my social circle and family the bad experience we had. |

The l hotel is in ideal location to access any area of interest in Sydney and suburbs. The hotel staffare hospitable and attentive to your needs. I think you need to refurbish the elevator or lift since the door is noisy when it open or close. I suggest that it is also the time to replace the vinyl flooring of the lift. |

It was located near to the event we were booked into. We were on level one, next to a piano bar! On friday and saturday night it plays till midnight. It was very loud and kept me awake when i needed a big sleep. We also had unwanted guest noise running up and down corridor from the piano bar. The rooms were very small. |

the fact that it was close to where i had to be in the cbd yes, asked for extra milk took 40 min to arrive after 2 phone calls. In room Dinner was wrongly made and Room was for a queen or king bed, it seemed to look like 2 single beds stuck together. |

The concierge staff were very helpful and friendly. The checkin staff were less helpful, but managed in the end to get me an early check-in. |
