The good service and assistance from the staff, especially the managers in working to sort out the internet booking from Booking.com The quality of the bedding and mattress Availability of newspapers and proximity to basic local eateries. Lots of parking - and free. The bathroom - the door kept creaking and was disturbing at night. We had to ask the management to come twice to sort it out. The shower also made high pitched sounds when one tried to use it fully.

Quite, clean and value for money. Someone on the floor I stayed on was smoking in their room. It drifted down the hallway and into my room. I rang reception and they took care of it promptley.

Location is good for work. Facilities are clean. Staff were helpful in organizing a taxi. Staff need more training about checking in - took a bit of time and an addition member had to come over and help.

Most staff were very friendly, service was excellent and anything I asked for was supplied with the minimum of fuss. Airconditioner in our room 212 made a lot of noise and couldn't control temp.

Although the room was quite small and compact, there were all the comforts that we needed for our short stay. I was surprised at how soundproof the rooms were. Even though we had paid in full in advance and were a mature aged couple, who arrived in our car, we were asked the leave a $50 cash deposit as we checked in at 6.00p.m. for a one night stay.

I used to live in Australia but have (unfortunately) resided in the UAE for the past 3 years but come back yearly to visit my children and their offspring. I have stayed at the Waldorf Apartments in Pennant Hills x 3 during this time as I generally have 3 or 4 days of personal matters to sort out in Sydney and have no need or desire to splurge on over-priced accommodation in the city itself. My last stay there was about 2 months ago on my arrival from Dubai and must say that I wasn't particularly impressed with the state of my room on that occasion. So I decided to try somewhere else on my way out of the country and plucked you out of Google solely on your location. I lived in Dural for 17 years and find that the Pennant Hills to Thornleigh area suits my requirements, ie visiting friends in the Dural area and good access to the city by car or train. You beat them (Waldorf) in almost every way so will continue to use you in future. Preferred the underground parking at the Waldorf as I didn't have too many qualms about leaving a suitcase that wasn't required in the boot of the car. Had to think twice about this at Thornleigh and ended up taking the lot to my room "just in case".
