television r/c very limited too expensive internet access. poor exhaust fan in bathroom module. poor seating (for one pax only) and not very sturdy. I am approx150kg and could only sit on bed!

The room was clean, comfortable and the hotel well heated in the fairly cool weather. It was ideal for a short overnight business stay, and easy on my organisation's budget. The shower / bathroom was much better thqan I remember the last time I stayed (when the premises was actually Formula 1 hotel).

The good service and assistance from the staff, especially the managers in working to sort out the internet booking from Booking.com The quality of the bedding and mattress Availability of newspapers and proximity to basic local eateries. Lots of parking - and free.

The bathroom - the door kept creaking and was disturbing at night. We had to ask the management to come twice to sort it out. The shower also made high pitched sounds when one tried to use it fully.

Someone on the floor I stayed on was smoking in their room. It drifted down the hallway and into my room. I rang reception and they took care of it promptley.

The rooms are beautifully clean and quiet, the beds comfortable.

The food was really ordinary and quite expensive.

Location is good for work. Facilities are clean. Staff were helpful in organizing a taxi.

Staff need more training about checking in - took a bit of time and an addition member had to come over and help.

Good service, clean, lots of parking especially for sydney.

Most staff were very friendly, service was excellent and anything I asked for was supplied with the minimum of fuss.

Airconditioner in our room 212 made a lot of noise and couldn't control temp.

Toaster was not working at breakfast and full cream milk was empty.

Although the room was quite small and compact, there were all the comforts that we needed for our short stay. I was surprised at how soundproof the rooms were.

Even though we had paid in full in advance and were a mature aged couple, who arrived in our car, we were asked the leave a $50 cash deposit as we checked in at 6.00p.m. for a one night stay.

As a disabled person I loved the spacious bathroom.

The location suited our stay. Close to village shops and bowling club. National Parks and Berowra Waters close by.

The hotel was exactly what I wanted, reasonably priced, clean and in the location I wanted.

Prison like accommodation, hard bed, overpriced for the size of the room.

It was close to the venue we had to attend at Pymble.

Meal selection on the weekend was very poor - and the food was very ordinary.
