Our apartment was centrally located close to the beach and a short walk to the shopping area. The apartment views were excellent we could watch the surf and at night time see the city lights. The apartment was clean with all amenties available sadly we didn't get to the sauna maybe next year. There was not hot water until we realised we had to turn it on at the main. The water was excellent when we did get hot water. Not a major issue really.

Love how close the beach was.. the views of the beach was a plus from our room. The mall and restaurants was a block away the playgrounds for our kids was across the road, but even having a washing machine and a clothes dryer in your room is a big plus when you have kids, I love that we could cook in our room and you have everything you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner my family and I love it will stay again... :) Just that the room was dated

Value for money. Spacious, clean and comfortable with breathtaking views of the horizon. Beach was probably 20 steps from the appt. It was so near the beach we woke to the sound of crashing waves every morning. Walking distance to restaurants yet away from the hustle and bustle so we get a good nights rest. We missed the check-in cut-off time on Anzac day but the manager attended to our queries anyway. The rooms were abit dark, light in the master bedroom had blown so we had to rely on the bedside lamps. Walk-in wardrobe was musky. Toilets were dated.

During our 3 nights stay, we really enjoyed this apartment. And it was also our 2nd time stayed here. Great view, comfortable room, nice heated swimming pool and spa; close to the beach, shopping mall, kids playground. 1. bathrooms are bit small and old.; 2. we thought it's queen size bed but it's just a double bed.

One staff member was very friendly and the other didn't have any people skills at all The kitchen tap fitting was broken, the shower door fell off and the television didn't work, when reported to front desk we were told that it's in the maintenance book to be fixed and nothing more can be done
