i like to lay out and the design for the room, loved the piece and quiet, the location was great, a short to everything.owners were a great help and very friendly. perfect getaway place to relax there was nothing i didnt like, only thing the walk way path was a little narrow in one spot as i caught my shirt on the hand rail, but all round love it

So romantic and quiet and luxurious ,yet right on the main street of Tamborine.... had the most relaxing stay and wished I had booked 2 nights instead of one! We stayed elsewhere on the second night and it was no where near as nice, we'll be back to Luxury Chalets.... hopefully soon!

overall experience was positve except for comments below we arrived at 5pm and it was just on dark, apart from security light by car, path to unit was in near darkness, path lights were not on , hard to see safe numbers and impossible to see to organise electricity for unit. had to go back to car and get matches. All this in the pouring rain, which was enjoyable after we got organised. Pllows were crap

Our first impression was very good - the walk to our particular chalet via the wooden walkway and past lush vegetation was very different but at the same time very enjoyable.Instructions on how to access the key to the chalet were very clear and on entering the chalet we were very impressed with the cleaniness and the layout.The fire place made the night very romantic and the bed was also very comfortable.A different experience but very enjoyable.

It was right on the gallery walk. The Chalet was very romantic and comfortable. The chalet was very well fitted out with wood for the fire and a selection of dvd's and cd's to choose from, overall we had a very relaxing stay in our own little piece of paradise! Didn't like that there was no onsite reception, but we found the owners were very easy and friendly to contact.

We loved the DVD's, mirrors and spa bath - all three of these items made it a beautiful chalet for a romantic weekend away. The room is furnished a little more tackily than the pictures suggest - it could just be that the design is dated but we had expected it to be a little more beautiful. It was really expensive as well.

Quiet and certainly comfortable. Good central location. The furnishings were garish to say the least. The bathroom was not very provate (no ceiling, and the shower leaked.
