Price layout of room great facilities (pool, spa, etc) beautiful restaurant convenient easy access out of office hours (Sat 3pm) close to Dreamworld (our reason for visit) beautiful views underground parking

In need of maintenance (torn curtains, door handle taped together, shower rose loose and falling apart, light fittings broken &/or not working, ..) Picked up loose tablets on the floor missed by a vacuum Spare pillows would be nice I know we got a budget deal but still shampoo/conditioner/soap for both bathrooms would be good, rather than one very small set split between two. I was left feeling the "resort" was tired and struggling to survive, but I hope the cost cutting now will help fund it coming back to it's obvious beauty.

roof top spa and pool

The location was beautiful - outside and close view to pool. The attached restaurant Manos Kitchen was byo and made for an extra affordable night out with exquisite food.

The garbage went into one chute only...there wasn't the opportunity to separate recyclable items. The pool table balls were missing a few.

The location was excellent with great views from rooftop ,rooftop pool and bbq area was fantastic

Looking a bit old and some of the facillites could do with modernizing,no dvd player in room for kids but these could be hired

minimal toilet paper could have had a little more dish washer & dish liquid

Enjoyed the rooftop spa, games room and pool tables, apartment was very clean and tidy, large tv and austar were great for the kids. Parking was also great.

Pools were not heated at the time of our stay so were unusable, water pressure in ensuite is terrible, appliances were dated and walls and carpets could use a freshen up, be sure to check that you actually have ocean views, ours weren't quite what we were expecting.

Atrium is close to the broad water , good facilities , easy drive to shopping , top floor pool& BBQ area is good

Need to drive to shops , kitchen is one person only , don't forget to take your own toiletries

Location was good only across the road from the beach and away from all the road updates. Close to a variety of shops.

Kitchen way too small and we didn't use the spa as it was tucked into a little corner which made us feel a little trapped. The TV in the master bedroom was very small.

the takeaways from downstairs restaurant is worst food I have ever had.

The wind whistling through the front door. Noisy exhaust fans that cannot be switched off.We booked out 2 nights early and while we didn't expect our money refunded, I was a bit disappointed when charged $20 for the dvd player. Whilst I knew it was $20 I was still left feeling let down.

Close to the beach where we breath fresh air from the balcony. We can have a morning exercise by walking on the white sand and we can continue our exercise by lifting some weights in the gym and finish it by swimming on the pool before taking our breakfast.

location was great. appartment was clean and tidy..staff very helpful and friendly.

getting out of the car park was a pain due to the key pad being further back from the gate...also the lifts 1&2 was not easily accessible...especially when it was raining and we needed to get family to our appartment

Great apartment on top floor with views to Gold Coast. Great spa in room and on roof. Excellent for a few nights stay. Kids loved the foxtel.

Pillows a bit thin

I liked the fact that the unit was self contained. It had a good view from the verandah, it was quiet, close to all amenities and just what my daughter and I needed for our stay for her sporting competition. The heated pool was great. I liked the bedrooms they were big and roomy and the beds comfortable.

It's just a bit tired and really needs a lick of paint and a bit of modernising. The kitchen whilst it has everything is just too small. The TV in the main bedroom was like trying to watch a postage stamp.

The Reception staff was very friendly and helpfull with directions around the Gold Coast

the fans didnt work in any of the rooms and there was no aircon in the bedroom so I spent 5 nights sleeping on the couch in the lounge room so I could get fresh air.

It was clean, once we paid extra for the better suite

Terribly Over priced Extremely noisy Complicated to check in after 5pm Internet photos very decieving As a Brisbane local and experienced traveller I expected much more for that sort of money

loved the hot salt water pool on the roof great rooms clean everything you needed for a weeks stay loved it :-)

The quietness of the resort. The family atmosphere. Being away from the bustle of the busy city.

location is very bad，too far away from main beach. it costs 10 dollars to play the pool which should be included in the total charge. tennis table rakets and balls were all needed to be changed
