The staff were fantastic and could not have been more helpful. A very old building, complete with creeky floorboards and absolutely so sound proofing what soever. we were offered a room as far away from the street as possible, but the noise of the Cross was not going to be tamed on that night nor anyother night

The location is great and the rooms are clean and well appointed. I thought the rooms were of adequate size having noted other people's comments. The slowest lift known to mankind (no exaggeration) and no free wifi which is increasingly unacceptable in hotels today.

The location, close to the city. No bulky keys to carry. It is easy to get something to eat and hotel friendly restaurants and cafes are recommended and very nice. I enjoyed my stay and recommend staying.

The staff were all excellent - all helpful, all friendly. I can only say they were 10/10. The bathroom was lovely and the room clean and functional. The location, not far from Potts Point, Oxford Street superb. Clearly close to Kings Cross and amongst the noise. The noise levels in this hotel are loud. Like staying in Ibiza. Lots of footsteps and outdoor noise. The hotel has clearly had problems with ladies of the night - I was warned "no visitors" upon arrival. My friend who lives in Sydney therefore didn't stay over. I would have chosen somewhere else had I known.

1. The suite rm had lots of space for big luggages . 2. Staff are helpful and approachable . 3. Pricing of the hotel are reasonable . 1. There are no free complimentey wifi , they charge a rate of 10 Aus for 1 day usage . 2. Bathroom door had defect and it seem like it is going to fall off any time . The toiletries does not have shower gel and toothbrush and other basic items . 3. Suite is located at lower ground and wall are not sound proof as such noises from pub and street can be heard inside the rm . 4. There is no safe deposite box inside the rm .

Executive room is big. Comfy big bed. Clean. Nice shower. We had the executive suit with the lounges but were not allowed to have a meeting with a couple of people in the middle of the day! I'm pregnant and they wouldn't allow my friend to help me carry my stuff up (she would have been there for 5mins but instead had to wait out the front while I struggled). There was no basic things like toothpaste, no room service or food if you didn't want to deal with Kings Cross at its craziness.

Close to Kings Cross Station and 10-minutes walk to the city Rowdy party-goers over the weekend. Our room faces the road so we can hear the noise from our bedroom.

Staff were friendly. Location was perfect. Room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Loved the chill out computer room with free internet. Bed was really comfortable and we were not only able to check in a lot earlier than the usual 2pm check in, but we had been given a double upgrade. Originally we had booked the small double room and we ended up with the king size bed in a really nice sized room. Hair dryer needed to be updated. Would be nice to have some foxtel channels or a movie channel or something.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A number of entry stairs that you have to drag your suitcases up. It is in a very lively part of town and can be a bit noisy throughout the night.

Hotel was well placed near Kings Cross and was clean and comfortable. Was expensive but to be fair, Sydney on the whole is not cheap so everything was expensive
