bathroom too small to sit on the toilet properly should have double glazing to block out the cold and trams fridge noise woke me up

Location was probably the only positive about our stay.

Felt the acc was of average standard for the price.We felt like we where stuck in a small dull dreary dark space.Certainly not value for money at all.

Loved the location, central to where we needed to be.

It`s location was the biggest plus! For it`s located just a few minutes walk away from the Federation square - the central point to start your trip around Melbourne any direction. All the transport and cafes on flinders lane were to a very close proximity. the staff was also very friendly (big thanks goes for letting me to leave my bag with them after the check-out so that i could enjoy the very last hours of my trip in the central galleries!). it was rather clean i guess and somewhat cute finding some bread for the toast in the fridge.

I had a single room, which was soooooo tiny! The smallest room i`ve ever seen in my life. The windows were facing the concrete wall of the neighbouring building, thus I had no sunlight whatsoever getting into my room. And it was absolutely freezing inside! Thanks god for an extra blanket, which I found in the drawer...it just didn`t feel cozy at all, but very dull, murky and dark. p.s. there was only soap in the shower. on the other hand, that was one of the cheapest hotels i could find in Melbourne, thus i guess i cannot complain too much as it could have been much worse haha.

Very good location. Good value for money. Small room but with all things you need for being comfortable.

Everything was ok.

I found the rooms were all very clean and linen etc was in good condition. I enjoyed my stay and it had everything I needed in pleasant surroundings.

I only needed a room for one night and it was as I expected for the price. It was convenient and comfortable without any big fuss. For the small number of hours I used the room it was exactly what I wanted. I could catch the tram outside the door and come back the same way which was great. It was only a short walk to the Spencer St bus depot to the airport so that was also convenient.

I don't think I would want to be in the room for a long stay as it really had no outlook with two small windows opposition a wall but as I was only there at night and in the morning for a short time it didn't matter.

Location. Comfy bed and good tv. Recommend on that basis only - although the other 'newer' rooms were probably better.

Room a bit tired. Windows were extremely grubby and I could not open the curtains. There was a towel wrapped around the aircon unit. The other rooms may have been better. It was VERY noisy on the weekend.

Location

The proximity to Rod Laver Arena was fantastic. So to the ease to shops and availablity of taxis. For being in the centre of Melbourne it was remarkably quiet.

The windows were dirty

Good sized room for a city centre location. Light breakfast (toast and jam) really appreciated by a budget conscious family.

Take hotel up on their parking offer if you have a car. We didn't and got stung for $80 for parking our rental car over night.
