Handy location, good facilities; overall good value accommodation

No bathtub, mattress a little firm. Restaurant prices a little excessive for offerings.

Nice size spaces, small restaurant was relaxing, I liked the louvre doors separating the spa and bedroom. nice. friendly staff.

bath salts instead of gel would be nice, something to detox or revive muscles.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help with an early check in. The room was nice and clean and amenities were great.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay as good as it was. The room was clean and the entire motel had a very relaxed feel to it.

The only issue I had was with the bed. it was quite uncomfortable and I spent most of the night with back pain.

Sometimes you could hear the door next door closing. There are rooms with stairs, but no lifts so if you have difficulty with stairs make sure you mention ground level room

We had a room with a wonderful huge spa bath!

Convenient to have coffee / dinner / breakfast there at the restaurant. Good central location. Well fitted out, clean room.

The restaurant food was good , the steak dishes were far too expensive , I would be surprised if people would order them too often the staff were friendly enough , but lacked organisation in the restaurant , we were in the restaurant friday night the singer in the confined space was too loud

It was very convenient for me, easy to get to shops and "eateries".

Minor glitch on arrival, found that my booking had been cancelled earlier that day. The reception staff were fantastic, put me in a larger apartment for two nights then moved my luggage into the original apartment booked. Very friendly and most helpful with any questions.

It was very clean and tidy. Everyone was helpful and friendly. It was a great location for the business courses I was holding. The food and coffee was very nice.

Only thing was the speed to which we received the food and the bill the service was slow.

Friendly receptionists and staff, clean, large room with open layout, relaxing and welcoming.

Clean and Tidy, excellent service, lovely large rooms and excellent facilities.

The restraunt was closed over the Easter weekend while we were there, so the manager gave us food from the kitchen to cook in our rooms instead. He only charged $15 which was very reasonable, and especially convenient because all the grocery shops and restraunts were closed the night we arrived. The lady at reception was quick to rectify our wrongly entered rooms as well and there were no further hiccups for our stay.

When I arrived the rooms had been booked incorrectly. Thankfully they had an apartment that they could put me in. There was a new girl working in the office who had messed it up. You cannot really blame the owners for this.

It was convenient having the Coffee House on the premises and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Even though there were"no smoking" signs in the room, the room did smell of cigarette smoke. With no breakfast included, and compared to other hotels/motels in which we stayed between Brisbane and Cairns, the Coffee House at Rockhampton didn't represent particularly good value for money.

They didn't like me booking through" booking.com". Staff are poorly trained. Full of excuses for poor service. Won't bother with them again.

Outlook from balcony over industrial street. Spare AC blocked access to it anyway. Unable to fully lock batchroom shutters fro some privacy!

Noise from nightclub patrons on road was quite noticeable but that isn't able to be controlled by motel.
